Bring back the Jesus looking guy who brought Isma to the Club and left for Northern Ireland Assistants job? Northern Ireland are flying and maybe he can convince Isma to come back? 10 goals between Jan and May might be the difference in staying up.

There is surely a balance to be struck between 1000 people at 20 quid per home game not coming and the payoff? My maths say it makes sense to sack him financially. Kenny Shiels had a 3 month pay up in his two year deal...

Under 3000 says it all. Gtf TC you are Davie Hay's assistant he is your mentor you are following in his footsteps and becoming a killer of a great club. You are ruining young players careers. Just do the decent thing and leave our great club.
McGinn, McLean and Kelly, all in Scotland under 21's last year with Gauld, Robertson and Armstrong etc. Look at the progress other Clubs players make when they break into the first team over ours, you could argue ours go backwards. United have just got £6,000,000.00 for them ffs. TC has to be held accountable for this, didn't develop them as a coach and now going backwards as a manager.
Couldn't give McLean away for 200,000 whilst United punt players for 3million.
Add that to the list when he gets sacked for being sh*t at his job.

Did TC not try and scrap with the assistant coach who looked like Jesus and left for Northern Ireland? Sack him for that and feck his compensation. Just do something!

When any SPL managers job opens it says in the press that wealthy ex-players apply on first year "work for free" deals. They are minted anyway and looking to "get in". This is also true of the likes of Phil Brown when he stated this when applying for Hearts. Gardening leave and advertise on this basis?

Sorry if I've missed something, but I thought fans were unhappy with the job Tommy Craig is doing and are venting their frustration at him... And at the board for appointing him whilst refusing to interview any of the (minimum) 50 applicants.
When Davie Moyes got his La Liga job he called upon one of the applicants to be his assistant coach. Couldn't get an interview at St. Mirren however. I'm sure Moyes had a few options on who he took...

I didn't think the players listened to him last season, I had sat in the stand and heard both Lewis Guy and Thommo tell him to f$£k off, you don't do that to someone who has your respect. I'll give the trip to Inverness a miss...

Craig has sold the board on tales of Bobby Robson and Billy McNeill. McNeill wrote in his book that Craig wanted his job and waited for him to leave his office so he could sit in his seat. Whether he stabbed Lennon in the back or not (not important for the state of the Club at present more Craig's character) he has clearly done a good job of leading naive directors up the garden path for his last payoff.
Craig is a football survivor, highly unpopular as a person and coach as the likes of former players Billy Dodds and Michael Stewart have written in recent weeks. Last year the rumour was that the players couldn't stand him, yet he gets promoted.
Rumour has it he told the players they would be doing the same training session every day this season, has binned sports science (account for the injuries?), scouting teams and any players we sign!!! Players as assistant coaches just helps him keep control.
Craig's record is terrible, and the Club have very much got what his CV would say we would get. Why did only one Club (a foreign one) give Craig a shot in 30 years? The board received 30+ applicants for Lennon's job so we are told, what skill set did he possess to mean that none of these candidates have a shot. Cost cutting is nonsense, Hearts had high profile candidates such as Phil Brown offer to do the job for free!
Craig's performance at the AGM was a disgrace, arrogant, disrespectful and his comment about the 18 months left (payoff) shows him in very bad light.

Great article. Seems like a very smart guy who will go places with a track record of success in various aspects of the football industry. If the board thought Tommy Craig was the answer then you couldn't get any more opposite than this guy.
