Arse crack sweat is not what I want to gaze upon when I attempt to read a thread about my beloved Saint Mirren professional football club pte ltd co
I don’t mind gazing at my burd’s arse crack sweat anytime of day -
If we don’t have a manager, who decided to sign him?
-
I would expect Jack Ross to try & sign Stevie Mallan, (Possibly Craig Halkett) & the 7-9 players he wanted for St Mirren some will probably end up at Sunderland too.
I doubt it! -
If it was in any doubt that James Fowler is also going then doubt no longer. He is. (more compensation) Thanks James for your part in our Championship Success.
There was never any doubt from anyone but you! -
Relax, he won't be getting it. Partly because his brand of football is the opposite of what JR had us playing, and partly because he has surrounded himself with criminals, with his assistant having been sentenced to over 6 years for drug dealing, apparently he was the sidekick of a well known Glasgow gangster. I'm all for giving people a second chance, but this wasn't a kid making a mistake, that was heavy duty stuff.
Not only that but my info is that it’s the assistant who is really in charge.
A simple observation of the Livi bench at any game would show who was boss. Hopkin was even taking pee breaks during games.... including in the 89th minute in the first game with Patrick! -
Hopkins should be avoided like the plague - a puppet for the real genius behind the scenes (who also happens to carry some baggage).
Correct -
Wouldn’t it be something if Jack Ross came in and whisked away any St Mirren player(s) with a derisory 50k and a pat on the head. Post-Bosman, there’s fcuk-all we could do to stop it. I wonder what would happen to the goodwill towardsJack then. My position remains unchanged. Nothing personal, but it’s Sunderland, so fcuk em’. I have been away for a few weeks so haven’t followed the whole story, but is it the case that Sunderland’s new owners did a deal with Jack and Jack agreed to join them BEFORE Sunderland’s new owners had even asked St Mirren for permission to speak to our manager in regard to their vacancy?
If I have picked this up correctly, then fcuk the lot of them, thanks for the last eighteen months Jack, but don’t let the door hit your arse on the way out. If this is NOT the case, and Sunderland / Jack, went about their business properly, then I hold no grudge against Jack, but still, fcuk off you third tier Mackem shite.
Maybe someone can enlighten me if Sunderland and Jack did or did not go about things in the correct manner.
In regard to a new St Mirren manager, has Austin McPhee at Hearts been mentioned as a candidate, or Jim Goodwin? Again, I’ve been out the country for a few weeks so have missed a fair chunk of this unfolding story. I cannot bring myself to wade through the hunners and hunners of posts I’ve missed.

The last list of shareholders with Companies House from December 2015 shows David Hopkin (guessing it's the same one) has more than 40,000 shares in Morton. It's miles more than pretty much anyone else. The only exceptions are Golden Casket (Douglas Rae's company) which has 3556838 and Buchanans (probably another part of the Inverclyde Willie Wonka's empire) on 50,400. I'm surprised someone is allowed to be the manager of a club while such a substantial shareholder in another one, especially when they're in the same division - although he's found a way of solving that problem.
I see one paper claiming Hopkin is the board's contender and another is chucking Gary Caldwell's name into the mix.
40,000 v 3.5 million is hardly a ‘substantial’ shareholder! -
What proceeds in crime ? They run a successful bus company and pay their drivers well. I spoke to a business man who is friends with them. He told me them being a crime family was a lot of utter nonsense. Now I dont' know them only going on what I heard. What do you know that they are part of the crime world.

Davies has not managed for 4 seasons and his last two at Forest were an absolute disaster. The Guardian reported that Davies' "paranoia", "self-destructive insecurities" and "obsession with conspiracy theories and old grudges" as the reasons behind his downfall, suggesting that he had "shattered" his reputation. He actually accused reporters of being in league with his former employers for questioning his decisions and never answered straight questions put to him at press briefings.
In those last 2 seasons at Forest, he only took over in the Feb in the first, took them away from relegation trouble and challenged for a play off spot. They were only 2 pts off the play offs in his second season when sacked.
He got them to the play offs in both seasons in his first spell.
Also got Preston into the play offs twice and won the play offs with Derby.
He’s therefore got quite a good record of getting clubs into the top 6 of a much larger, more competitive league at a far higher level than the one we’ll be in next season!
That said, I don’t doubt that he possibly has ‘issues’! [emoji1] -

Its also very effective........................ maybe I will leave my seat next season, go to the loo come back and we are top of League!!!
Its very effective only if someone else is in charge of the team!

Mate ur getting very " Shull like"- I have my suspicions
You, like him , just seem to take random , unfounded, unmerited dislikes, based on your opinion..........
Question- How do you rate Craig Samson
Hopkin disappearing up the tunnel during games, even in the last minute of the most important game of the season, isn't unfounded nor an opinion - its a fact!

Hopkin is ruled out because of his assistant.
Hopkin is ruled out cos he IS the assistant!

So, two huge questions remain to be answered:
1. Who will replace Jack Ross?
2. Why the f**k isn't Dickson in the Wank Tank?
Not necessarily in that order.
It’s ironic that the term ‘Wank Tank’ was dreamt up by pozbaird.
Also ironic that he’s now in his own self imposed Wank Tank after disgracing himself yet again a couple of weeks ago.
An odious character, good riddance! -

Think you could end up disappointed.
Robbie Neilson at only 38 (18 months older than Goodwin) is also young and up and coming.
Robbie Neilson got Hearts promoted.
Looks like the main difference between the two is that Neilson has done what Goodwin has done younger and at a higher level but Goodwin hasn't had the chance to be bagged in England yet.
Flop at MK Dons is something I've read a lot. He wasn't as big a flop as Derek McInnes was at Bristol City or Stevie Clarke at Reading and both of them seem to be doing OK.
Are you ITK?
As Hearts are Scotland's 3rd biggest club, you would hope that he would get them promoted! Especially as he had Craig Levein holding has hand, signing the players and picking the team!
Once he no longer had Levein to hold his hand, he flopped.
The fact that he wasn't as big a flop as McInnes or Clarke, in your opinion, or that Goodwin might hypothetically get bagged in England one day, in your opinion, aren't selling points for me!
If we took your logic, we'd never have appointed Jack Ross in the first place!
-
Jim Goodwin for me.
A young, upcoming manager who got Alloa promoted. Plus has a Saints connection.
Not Robbie Neilson. -
It’s a good move for Jack Ross.
They are at their lowest ebb and the only way is up.
With a bit of momentum, I wouldn’t bet against him winning successive promotions. -
It's not about what I think Mr.Zico, it's about you having a shite post format.
Do you really think having that puerile caption makes any point, other than making sure everyone knows you are a total tosser.
Maybe that was the idea. Just in case anyone was in any doubt. A kinda big red flag saying, "look at me, I'm a total tosser, I don't like that faraway saint bloke. " Who feckin cares what you think? ...........touché
Well you obviously care what I think! You’ve got the hots for me! [emoji8][emoji177]
Actually, I do like faraway!
And are you too dumb to work out how not see signatures?

1. Most folk aren't, why would you even think that? The point is, if you are really an atheist, then Christmas Day is just another day. I have a holiday that day because where I work is shut, not for any other reason. In fact, I get two weeks holidays over Christmas and New Year and they are in addition to annual leave, not part of it.
2. You did, it was shown at the time. Go and check. I would do it but it's not important to me to show you up as a twat, I leave that in your capable hands as you do a much better job of it than I ever could - "premium bonds" being a prime example.
