Seems to be strange playing for Scotland U17 this previously linked to EPL clubs but can't get near 1st team squads thisyear after making afew squads last year, have I missed something, as thought a few Academy players would have been added to 1st team squad or at least been in B team squad for games like tonight

Maybe this is end of forums, anyone speaking ill of club Simsa and or Kibble could be banned
I know several on here be happy to see others banned
Personally not sure club comes out of this well by banning anyone espas 2 games of season left and only gives story more traction

As club have said no issue, we should believe that and move on but for me there is still some questions to be asked mainly why club Simsa and SMCF all seem to be happy that Kibble made application with there names without full consultation
If have done this what else could they be involved in without consultation
And you would think any further applications forfeiting by Kibble will have been effected by this, so no one seems to be coming out this well

So why do Kibble have veto?No. SMISA has a total of 51%.
Kibble has a minority 27.5% share separate to SMISA.
The remaining is the other minority shareholders who are not formally represented on the club board.

One thing that I find hard to swallow is stating Simsa is majority shareholders of St Mirren but as Kibble are part of Simsa stake, can Kibble and rest of shareholders outvote SimsaI said SMISA is majority shareholder and displayed a snapshot of the SMISA annual accounts.
Perhaps I never clearly stated that SMISA as an organisation has over £320,000 at the bank as well as majority shareholding of St Mirren FC Ltd.
Sorry if that was confusing.
I know Kibble have veto but do Kibble and rest have bigger share than Simsa

Interesting that now people don't like off field aspects of how club run, presumably linked to losses over last year accounts, Kibble to blame, but many were all for them to begin with, as got voted in via landslide, personally was never happy as club didn't get anything from deal only GS gained by getting money early
My preference would always be totally supporter owned
