I'm heating The Buddies and Masterchef next door have been shut down by the Environmental Health Dept.
Masterchef should be closed down on the basis of unacceptable use of apostrophes on its shop frontage....Pizza's, Kebab's and the worst one of all....Currie's!
Also heard the Piccolo Mondo has got the Kelburne. Their Luna Rossa restaurant (auld Wheatsheaf) in Renfrew is excellent, so fingers crossed.

I feel exactly the same way about cranberries in a smoothie. Makes them awfully tart.I'm not 100% sold on grapes in smoothies. Possibly something to do with the skin.

Going to see Ride in Edinburgh on Monday next week then Cast at the toon hall on the Friday.

Wasn't there today due to work and I have to admit I feared the worst. Let's face it, Dungfermline have scored three million goals in about 5 games and our defence has been piss poor. Make no mistake, this was a huge result for us given the state we've been in. I'm well chuffed (if a bit gutted I wasn't there ).

Ironically I assume that Strummer is referring to the song Respect, which is a quality that Cooper sadly lacked and is why I feel the way I do about him.

Went to see Sir Alex tonight at the concert hall and Nicky Campbell asked him about this. He basically articulated his thoughts about this as follows....
1. He doesn't give a f**k what anyone thinks as he is the greatest manager of all time.
2. Defenders don't count. Only 1 defender in 50 years has ever win the Ballon d'Or.
3. He's only included players he believed could fundamentally change a game in an instant.
4. He conceded that it is totally subjective.

Aye. And we had a player harshly booked after a series of shocking decisions. Sometimes it gets a team angry. Sometimes it has the opposite effect. I don't think we shat it today. A combination of shite referreing and a management inability to combat Falkirk's tactical changes f**ked us.

Again HSS, I disagree. The majority of his fouls were for nothing. There were at least two occasions where he appeared to be penalised for jumping. No wonder crowds are dwindling....

I'm not blaming the ref entirely Poz. But his god awful decisions had a huge impact. Heads go down, frustration kicks in etc etc. ..

I disagree. The ref's influence in the second half had a huge influence. Soft penalty, really iffy decisions against Thommo and Shankland, Kerr should have been red carded.... Not disputing that we were shite in the second half at all but no one can honestly say he had no effect on the outcome.

Sorry John but I think that's bollocks. How can you possibly say Thommo deserved that yellow card? He was being penalised for f**k all right through the match.
