Rae should never have been given the job in the first place. Quite obviously bigoted, as the vast majority of his signings have links to his one and only real love in life and his treatment of Goodwin was a disgrace. His management style is that of a pretend hardman (like Stuart pierce), which works for a short while till players suss him out, then things go downhill-look at Nottingham forest. Things under Murray weren't this bad and he must go now!

Time for Murray to go, that was one of the poorest Derby performances I've seen. Miller made no difference so get rid too. Absolutely gutted at how bad we are.

Our team have been very poor this season which is ultimately down to poor team selection and management. However, our support have added to the problem by being quick to get on players backs and we are sadly lacking in getting a good atmosphere at home. We need to get behind the team and create a bit of an atmosphere

We need Goodwin on the park, more for his leadership qualities than anything else. The young players need guidance and yesterday there was none of it.
