Love him or hate him, Gordon Scott has turned this club around and he deserves enormous credit for that. Looking at those bullet points it really has been an incredible journey since he took over in 2016. Good luck to our new chairman @johnneedham1961 👊🏻👊🏻 twitter.com/saintmirrenfc/…
Regardless of ballot issues, the strips, communication with the fans, the endgame here is getting us all back into the SMISA stadium. Fingers crossed by the end of August we are ALL back in the stands watching the team we love, new tops and all!! What a day that will be!!
My only worry about the strips is the fact the principal logo’s are being “overprinted” rather than made from scratch. Fortunately the Digby Brown logo is largely black so hopefully there’s no way of being able to see the old logo through the top 🥴
Fantastic to see fan ownership get over the line. The Kibble partnership allowing the club to be taken over in 5 years rather than 10 has proved a good choice. As far as day to day running of the club goes, The Kibble seem pretty non existent which can only be a good thing.
Re the strips, I think the club need cut some slack on this one. Understand it’s frustrating from a fan point of view but the Skyview situation has humped us a bit. Once they pulled out of the deal after making mental demands, a delay in shirt distribution was inevitable.
Well done to absolutely everyone involved!! 🙌🏻 Fantastic that we are finally there!! twitter.com/smisatrust/sta…
