Unbelievable yet not unbelievable
what a pish season
-
I never said you were nor did I say it was a red card. I said it was a yellow but thought the SFA would stand by their man as they so often do.Just in case you missed it ;-P
Glad they didn't

Can believe we got that reduced
Delighted to be wrong
-
Stewart Milne
-
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
You believe that
Over the past year it has been shown the media are anything but unbiased
Scottish Fitba is corrupt and always has been in my lifetime
I make my own opinions not what the media feed me
Pat Bonnar and Michael Stewart hardly corrupt
That almost sounds like old firm paranoia
-
The pundits? Who gives a f**k what these slabbering bawbags think. They are an authority on the square root of bugger all.
Two neutrals giving their unbiased opinion.
I quite like Stewart he's honest enough

You simply don't challenge for a ball with studs up like that. It was stupid from him, and the pundits agree
We will have to agree to disagree bud
-
Could have broke the boys ankle Bobby, it was naughty
-
Agreed, it gets worse the more you see it

My god Pat Bonner likes to talk
Hurry up and the get the Paisley Brazillians on

I think the BBC commentator summed up their feelings for the red card and winner
-
Arquin may well have caught his toe in what was effectively a footballing incident. It was neither wreckless nor was it malicious, therefore it was not a red card offence. If anything it was a yellow card and that's debatable as both players went in for the ball.
I've said numerous times it was a yellow card. He trod on his ankle not toes
-
Aye that was for show no doubt apart it
-
The county player went down as it was a sore challenge!
-
What I'm saying is I think it's a yellow card but it's a tackle that the SFA will deem to be aggressive. It was a sore one no doubt about it. The appeal will fail as they will spout rules about studs up...etc
That's my opinion anyway. Others have another take which is fair enough
-
Watching the BBC highlights the challenge is slowed down.
I'm sorry but it's a tad naughty. No chance will we win an appeal on that IMO. Yellow card for me but SFA will back the 4th official.
-
Can't believe anyone thinks that was a red or that it won't be overturned.
If you take the worst possible angle and look at a still taken at the worst possible moment, then you could maybe say his studs were showing - BUT, if you watch the video it's barely a foul.
And the ref actually signals for a throw in.
The 4th official clearly had some kind of agenda, and Toshney's disgraceful acting gave him the opportunity to try to pursue it.
Don't think it was a red but defo a foul and one the SFA in my opinion will justify themselves as a red card unfortunately. Hope I'm wrong
-
Not convinced that red will be overturned, another very harsh red but he catches him with his studs and for me that will be all the excuse the SFA need.
Any appeal probably wouldn't be heard until Thursday though which means he could play Against united and we can hope to have another forward in by next weekend.
I agree I don't think it will be over turned. They will say it was dangerous

We really should ditch the disgraceful home kit and play in yellow every week!
