So every time a ball hits a hand/arm, its a penalty?? Good grief It shouldn't matter whether it's on goal line or half way line, it needs to be deliberate

BTW, I fink the law to give a penalty & a red card is an ass. For me personally, I fink the refs should just award the goal, similar to basketball for goaltending
