If the saints can keep up that level of performance then we can still finish top6 or higher. No poor performances, Kwon looks good, Scott looks decent from his late cameo appearance so January looking stronger team.

Goal aside (have to say that was a tremendous timed run from the Cyriel) Butland has been the busier keeper, decent performance from saints, hopefully some wind assistance in second half.

dont see how his fitness matters at this point as he is here for next 2.5 seasons and obviously not getting a game for Exeter. He is/was a good player and Robinson seems to be able to get players that are having a dip firing again he could be great for us. Until he proves one way or the other he gets my support and if the stories are to be believed we beat off competition from other clubs in our league to land him.
Only concern is we are now top heavy

Saints TV have audio but it's rubbish quality

I tend to agree that CM was good for us at that point in time but we have replaced him with better players.
He may come back to haunt us as that's the St.Mirren way but I don't think he will.
Penalised too many times by SPL refs and bullies defences but don't see him getting change from Gogo

Other plus is Hearts and Killie drawing, would have been better with losses but cant have everything

Great play all round, hopefully this will build soe confidence back and get us motoring again, good performance and result against a very good Aberdeen side

I dont think we deserved to win the game but dont fully believe we deserved to lose it either. Shanklands first was a f**kup from O'hara and his second was class but we had our chances too and there was no gulf in class between the teams same as most of the teams in the division.
The only issues they gave us was when our own players gave them cheap balls but our players also caused them to make mistakes and we almost scored, that to me was the biggest problem the almost part.
Our crossing is terrible, we held the ball several times when we should have passed but we did create but the ball broke unkindly a number of times. The other issue was the refereeing he was honking, how can he tell off a player for diving but somehow not book him, Gogic got booked for a foul which was less or the same as a number of hearts players fouls and no way was tansers a booking.
We should have done better but it wasnt due to Hearts being better.
The team need to improve for sure, O'Hara was honking at times, as I say our crossing needs to improve but I havent seen any threats from the other teams in the division and most of our issues are of our own making.
