That's more brain cells away. A guy who doesn't know what a question mark is for, is attempting to slag me for asking someone if they were referring to a particular thing (hence the question mark). He seems to think that an ability to comprehend basic punctuation is a gift. The really funny thing is that he has quoted the post previously and so proved it was a question.
Not to forget that he HOPED babies would die so that he could point score on a daft football forum - Dorothy "Numbnuts" baby cuddler.

Valid facts but the debate was about League Two, not League one
which has average attendances 60% higher than the Scottish Championship!

Are you and StuD really saying that the best measure of a team's footballing capabilities is their average gate?
There is a good correlation!
I was talking about the standard of an entire league rather than an individual team in any case (thus rendering Slartifart's point irrelevant).

Dundee United (among others) had a higher average attendance than us last season so they must have been better than us - oh, wait.
Yeh, oh wait, your point is irrelevant. Yet again!

St Mirren in the Premiership have just signed James Kellerman from Aldershot in the National League. The National League is the highest league in England where you will find semi pro teams - the Championship in Scotland is the highest level you will find part time teams like Dumbarton, or Brechin. And as the Grimsby fan who started this thread indicated Gavin Gunning - a former Dundee United player in the SPL - and a regular in the Morton side couldn't cut it at Grimsby.
I seriously doubt that "most" of the Championship sides in Scotland could survive in League Two. For example Chesterfield who were relegated this season have an annual turnover of £6.635m per annum. St Mirren who were champions of the Championship turnover around £2.5m per annum.
Now, now Stuart. You know that folk on this site get angry when you start stating the bleedin' obvious!
The average attendance in English League One last season was 7,805 and that was with 24 teams. The average in the Scottish Championship was 2,882 with 10 teams. That's a huge gulf!
English League One average is 41% higher than the highest single club average in the Scottish Championship! The highest average attendance in League One last season would have been the 3rd highest in Scotland, behind only the Old Firm!
15 clubs in League One had an average attendance higher than the highest in the Scottish Championship. The average of the top 10 in League One is over 4 times higher than the 10 cluns in the Scottish Championship.
League One in England is far far ahead of the Scottish Championship!

Deflection from another question. You afraid of answering anything truthfully? [emoji23]
I can provide a link to the post where you reported it as gay porn if you wish. [emoji106]
Show me one, just one false allegation I've made against you.
No doubt you'll make up a excuse for not doing so, you're that predictable.
I've just realised you've made a false allegation against myself. Ask your solicitor next time how much that could cost you. [emoji23]
What was that nickname you had baby..... something or was it something .......killer?
Oh no, Cockless is threatening legal action again! [emoji23] -
Yes indeed it was, and it was you that repeated that it was a foreign bank, can't have it both ways snowflake [emoji14]
I repeated that YOU said it was a foreign bank!
You need to stop digging wee man [emoji23] -

Aww petal, did you not know that HSBC has its headquarters in London?, now away and throw stones at a train wee man
Yeh, I knew.
It was you who gave HSBC as an example of a bank with foreign headquarters operating in the UK!
Oh no, "wee man", should have remembered that you were one of the internet hardmen

93% of predictions are rubbish and the second one is barely a prediction - bookies favourite in a volatile market.
The longer this drags on the more I feel we’d have been better going for an old lag. First season back in the top flight, close season - next season is gonna be a dogfight. Get Hopkin & Pablo Escobar - YESTERDAY!
Hartson wasn't bookies favourite when I made my prediction. He was middle of the pack. He's odds on fav now.
Being front man for their set up is perfect for him.
-
We should accept we're a yoyo team and crawl over broken glass to get Hopkin - YESTERDAY!
Where's the beef?
Hopkin won’t ‘manage’ again.
As I predicted, John Hartson is now fav to be appointed as the front for Livi’s managerial set up. -

The similarities between Jack and Oran are devastating. Good detective work IOBS.
Prior to becoming St Mirren manager Jack Ross spent most of his playing career in the Scottish SPL and Championship. Upon retiring he soon became assistant manager at part-time Dumbarton. He left that post to become head of youth development at Hearts, one of the top 5 clubs in Scotland. He left that to become manager at Alloa, another part time club who were in the Championship at the time. As a relatively young manager many of Jack's best signings at Alloa (Jim Goodwin as captain) and St Mirren (Stephen McGinn as captain) have been players he has played alongside or against in his playing days or young prospects he has worked with at previous clubs.
Oran, hasn't played full time, hasn't played in Scotland and in the time when Jack Ross was finishing off his playing career at St Mirren and Hamilton and then spending a season or two in management at Dumbarton, Hearts, Alloa and St Mirren, Oran has been manager at 1 club, Coleraine, and only come to some recognition due to 1 cup win in 7 years.
Aye, but IOBS has done a lot of research on this.

No your blind because you wanted Neilson in. So did I check my history where you will also read after he made commets about our budget I wrote he would not be our next manager. Budget is important but it' not everything if your good at your job. Im tipping Oran as close as you will get to Jack Ross.
Thought you were tipping your bluenose favourite, fat sally? -
I can confirm that I never thought he did.
Only silly people did.
So which is it then? -
Robbie Neilson has withdrawn his interest apparently.
Good! -
Almost 2 pages of posts all about StuD’s top 4 line.
The boring bastard pozbaird even wrote a fucking novel in response. The odious twat.

The whole issue here is that Harry Davis will earn more with Grimsby than he will with St. Mirren!
