Are there any other buses been added to let late comers in? Originally we needed to hand the grandkid on to his estranged dad so couldn't get the bus both ways but that's been sorted so we've got him all weekend. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

might be a couple of seats left on one of court bar buses, running 4 and last I heard some seats left

  2. Fantastic performances/results recently and we`ve pulled ourselves right back into contention of staying up. The most pleasing aspect of last night for me was not on the pitch but OFF the pitch. The support of the fans for the team just now is nothing short of amazing. 800 up to Kirkcaldy last week[ compare that to about 250 united fans there last night for a team chasing 2nd place?] about 1100 away to Ayr recently too.

Whilst we will always disagree on the forum, when it comes to standing side by side on whatever day Saints play and cheering them on then no one can argue we haven`t played a part in this teams revival.

Last night the whole ground including main stand where I sit really got behind the team and drove them on. We could see them get deeper and deeper on the pitch but the energy and passion coming from the stands helped get them over the line.  Contrast that to 6 months ago of moaning for more effort, passion and energy  from those wearing the hallowed black n white stripes.

The commitment and effort from the team now is getting great recognition from the support, lets keep it positive from the stands, support in numbers, and get us into 8th by season end.

That's your take on it. I'd rather take it at face value as someone with a decent profile talking up our club/team/manager. It seems some folk on here struggle with such a concept.

    you seem to struggle with fact Rodgers don`t give a flying fcuk about Saints, REGARDLESS of what he/Brown says. However if he can use Saints to "bait" Sevco about how poor they`ve been all season as opponents he`ll go for it. Rodgers aint daft, i`ll give him that. as I said,come end of season his paludits will count for nothing if we don`t stay up........which I think we will;

    Who suggested it would?

I'm merely suggesting that it is a further indication of our recent progress. Not sure why you're getting into such a lather about it.

i`m not getting into a  lather, calm down, merely stating Brendan Rodgers thoughts about St Mirren being the best team he`s faced are more to wind up Sevco ten praise Saints

Maybe Rodgers thought that a team coming to his place to play football, try to get forward, not park the bus, take the lead, and go in 1-0 up at half time was more impressive than what Alloa did, albeit of much merit. Maybe Rodgers, being forced to hook Mackay-Steven and bring on not only Roberts, but Griffiths, and to take off Nir Bitton because of the situation St Mirren put his team in, saw that as being a situation more serious than Alloa presented. Maybe Rodgers, seeing a whipped-in free kick nearly see his team go 0-2 down, saw St Mirren's threat as being more serious and impressive than Alloa's. Maybe Rodgers has an account on here and knows you talk shite. Maybe...

obviously aimed at Sevco as his next opponents.......

  6. Don't really give a flying fcuk about Brendan Rodgers " accolades",  great to see we had a go. This team will be judged on whether or not they kept us in the league, on that performance alone we have little to worry about ...............bring on Raith Rovers  Wednesday night. COYS!!!!!!!

my guess would be easter road, tynecastle or airdrie again

final cant be at an SPL ground. As all teams in lower leagues i`m sure I've read it would be at one of their grounds to ensure all cash stayed in championship club. Year when Sevco played it was at easter road as Hibs were down. Could be Dunfermline or Airdrie and poss easter road

He'll play a full strength squad, why would he use this game to rest players when it's the only thing they have left to play for this season?

Does anyone know what the crowd was yesterday for them against ICT? Can't find it anywhere.

Also those saying it's a terrible draw, it's probably the best we could get! Biggest money maker we could get and if we drew anyone else bar (Clyde/ Ayr) we'd likely of went out anyway.

don't agree with that, we`d have half a chance away to either dunfermlione/Hamilton/partick and confident we`d beat rangers at home............Sevco must be most relieved club they`ve avoided celtic

A Sellik supporting mate tells me he played a full strength team against Albion Rovers in the cup. The only reason I can see him making changes is to give squad members, such as Ciftci etc? some action. A big team manager has a big squad, and guys looking to get a game. Maybe to keep a happy squad he'll give fringe players a shot?

listen, he could play Celtic LADIES and we`d struggle..........
