id just like to point out i stayed at an expensive hotel two years ago for a night and steven thompson was there. i sat in the bar for a drink and he was already in the bar with friends and family drinking. i then went and had my dinner and came back about 2 hours later and he was still in the bar drinking. he then stayed drinking in the bar with those
same people for what must have been in excess of a further 2 hours. is this the type of player we want at our club???

it looks like david buchanan from accies is out of contract and is weighing up his options.
25 year old, played 220 times for bury and accies and has never been sent off.
General consensus amongst accies fans is that he was their player of the year last season.
sounds like a good value, strong addition to the squad?

They are good players imo and I'd take a punt on them if we can get them on smallish wages. We'd benefit from their trickery and flair but I think one of them Marco (?) needs a knee op...
are they like the a portugese version of the proclaimers i.e. you can't just get one of them? Not saying we should sign one, just curious.

i'm a bit lost as to the problem with a church group using a suite at st mirren's ground. The OF problems are more to do with drunken ignorance rather than religious differences and don't really translate into normal practising religion.
Good on the club for finding alternative revenue streams.

My auntie goes to a church on stock street in Paisley and to my surprise has told me that as from May they will be holding they're services in our spare conference suit at SMP. This isn't rubber stamped as yet but the church members are going down to the stadium next week to have a look and meet the bod (Richard Atkinson I'm guessing).
Looks as if this has something to do with the cic to me.
Interesting....
my mate has a venue is glasgow that runs gigs on saturday night and is rented out every sunday by a church group. They are his biggest source of income.

Griffiths will be going to the Fairmers.The Fairmers have let Squintdee keep one of their on loan players at no cost and this will be taken into consideration when a transfer fee is arranged for Griffiths.
there was chat that holloway is looking at bringing griffiths to blackpool for a cut price 150,000. That would be a cracking move for him, but i can't see him getting a regular game. From the fizzy pop league to the EPL - now that's something.

I apologise sincerely about thinking the grass would be greener without you at the helm of our magnificent club, Please accept my apology and return to the club and inform this deluded clueless illiterate little man who thought bringing in the population of Cowdenbeath would improve us as a team.

Ok, it looks like there will forever be a divide between pro and anti gus mcpherson st mirren supporters. It might just be an idea to have sitting sections in the stadium set out for each camp. I'd love to shout abuse at the pro gus lobby for 90 minutes and it would generate a wee bit of atmosphere within our lunar shoe box.
The pro gus lobby could wear half st mirren and half rangers scarfs and the anti gus mob should all refer to themselves in the third person.
