The game is now on Hesgoals.
McGennis carried off on a stretcher -
Hurry up hes and get the game on.
Just noticed that it’s been removed..... WTF? -
The guy has potential. Still only 21, I believe. RC have a Billionaire Sugar Daddy.
I’m sure I read an article last year stating that MacGregor couldn’t maintain funding Ross County to the same level he had been over previous years, as another Gretna scenario was on the horizon. This was just after they were relegated.
Keeping in mind the downturn in the Oil & Gas industry had a big impact on his business. -
No we don't have a chance of winning this cup, the league cup is a better chance and that's only if we're playing well.
You do know you have to score goals to win cups?
As for the other teams, irrelevant.
Many said the same in 2012/2013, beating Aberdeen, Celtic and Hearts was some achievement.
Do I believe we can win it? There’s always a chance but I wouldn’t put my mortgage on it. -
Quite a difference in timescales there, added to the fact some on here insist our summer recruitment campaign was a carefully crafted success, rather than the mad panic to field a side at Easter road with four debutants!
It may not have been a total success chap, nor a total failure. Every new recruit is always a gamble, look at the players the old firm brought in that haven’t set the Heather on fire, been bit players or even started a game.
Stevie May was another that was a target but done heehaw for St Johnstone.
Let’s hope the transfer window works well for us in January.
All the best to Saints fans, players and staff for 2020. -
Totally agree , also gives Stephen a chance to find the right club . Would also try and put four or five players out on loan . With a view to getting three or four in.
If I’m not mistaken. Goodwin stated in his interview that unless players come chapping his door no one will be leaving as the squad is a bit thin on the ground (or words to that affect)
From that I assume S McGinn will be going nowhere. -

Looked like a mix up between Hladky and McGinn. Soft goal and of our own making.
Mixup between Hladky, McGinn and Flynn. McGinn should have put that ball into the car park.

I can remember being in the main stand at and hearing a Saints supporting Church of Scotland minister being abused by a few blue bigots who were in the Saints area. They called him a ******** b when he applauded a Saints attack and he stood up, took off his scarf and revealed the dog collar. They said he was still a ******** b because he didn't support the gers.
Mind you, when one of them was warned by a steward to calm down he said "I've no travelled 2,000 miles from Amsterdam to be stopped from supporting the Queen's XI."
The most appalling thing was that they had a young lad with them and he was laughing and joining in. Sadly, these people have never changed and as far as Scottish football and the press are concerned they don't exist.
"I've no travelled 2,000 miles from Amsterdam to be stopped from supporting the Queen's XI."
They must have taken the scenic route [emoji87] -
Saints support been in fine voice.

St Johnstone through 1 on 1, saved, corner.
Looked like three Saints players attacking the ball and no one taking the runner. Lucky escape. -
At 18, I’d still class him as a youngster.
Could do with a loan spell and to play in his most natural position. Don’t agree with him being hung out to dry, playing 25 games at the top level in Scotland will have given him great experience.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but was he not flung in the deep end against Celtic in the 0-0 home game? If I’m not mistaken he played a blinder in that game and followed it up with some very good performances......... even though he was played out of position.
Earlier post stated that he’s injured, so shouldn’t be ruled out for the future and he definitely doesn’t deserve to be slagged off in the manner some posters have done. -
I am informed by a very reliable source that the following players are on the list of Jim Goodwin's January targets and I believe that at least 2 of the players will 100% be signing for St Mirren in January.
Yaw Osei (Forward)
Evan Markogiannakis (Goalkeeper)
Michael Nottingham (Defender)
Léger Djimrangar (Midfielder)
Apart from Mr Nottingham, the other three don’t look very inspiring. -
The election was won when BJ ditched the DUP and the right to use the second half of his parties full name, I suggest it should now be - Unionist till it's inconvenient..
Labour's position on Brexit was designed to please party activists it might have looked pretty clever to the cabal who ran the party but it was irrelevant to working class folk who feel disempowered - the Labour Party and the Left in general have failed to convince enough working class folk that the people who have reduced their standard of living in the years since the 2008 financial crisis are not the Poles working beside them but the companies employing them and their lickspittle Tory politicians who have conspired to disempower them.
*****************************
As for the Scotland & the SNP I fully agree with their narrative - that Brexit was a significant change from the agenda on which IndyRef1 was fought, that "THE PLEDGE" to deliver more powers to Scotland has not been honoured and that in the current Brexit process powers that should be returned to Holyrood are being misappropriated by Westminster.
The Scottish Tories fought last weeks election on a "No to IndyRef2" platform and lost votes and seats and no matter what BJ says the real reason they're not willing to endorse IndyRef2 is that they're "frit".
I am confident that the momentum is on our side - FREE BY 23!
Twenty’s plenty [emoji87] -
No one really knows what will happen once we’re out of the EU. Sure, so called experts have said that we’ll be worse off, medical shortages etc.
A lot may depend on if we leave with a deal or not.
What if. We (the UK) leave the EU and the doomsday scenario doesn’t happen? What if within a year the UK is in a better place and prospering? If that happens, where would that leave the SNP. Could it be that’s why Sturgeon is pushing now for another referendum?
There’s a lot of things Sturgeon and other members of the SNP have been challenged on (Piers Morgan in particular) that she/they couldn’t answer.
1. It was stated that the SNP would wish to stick with Sterling and not the Euro.
1. Hard border with England.
Interesting times ahead but I believe if things go well after Brexit, there may not be the same appetite for another referendum. -
Sorry to hear that fella. Please accept my condolences.

First Christmas [emoji319][emoji319][emoji319] Joke, time for the silly season to start! [emoji12][emoji12][emoji12]
Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter [emoji56][emoji56][emoji56] at the pearly gates.
'In honour of this holy season' Saint Peter said, 'You must
each possess something that symbolizes Christmas to get
into heaven.' [emoji123][emoji123][emoji123]
The Englishman [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] fumbled through his pockets and pulled out a lighter. He flicked it on. 'It's a candle', he said.
'You may pass through the pearly gates' Saint Peter said.
The Scotsman [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] reached into his pocket and pulled out a set of keys. He shook them and said, 'They're bells.'
Saint Peter said 'You may pass through the pearly gates'.
The Irishman [emoji848][emoji848][emoji848] started searching desperately through his pockets and finally pulled out a pair of women's panties.
St. Peter looked at the man with a raised eyebrow and
asked, 'And just what do those symbolize?'
Paddy replied, 'These are Carols.' -
After missing two - the right question is who will be taking them in future, cause it surely should not be Andreu...
Are Hamilton paying him to hurt us ? (Okay I 've gone a bit too far there)
I’m surprised Obika wasn’t tasked with taking the penalty. He already scored one, had he scored a second I believe it would have been another confidence booster for him. -
Great work by Flynn to set up Obika.
Couldnt work out if it was a great wee flick by Obika or whether it bounced off him. 🤣
Should we care? Obviously I’d like to see Obika get on a scoring run, after all that’s what he’s here for.
Bottom line is, Saints scored. -
Anyone know how to watch this on aberdeen tv? Not letting me in. I’m obviously abroad...
I just checked Skorlive and Hesgoals, no Scottish games being shown.

Not seen this posted on the site. Let’s give Goodwin and Gus their chance at this window and maybe then we can debate who if anyone has failed.

Mate he had it on arrival at Derby, and he has said it something he will always suffer from. I get that clubs will want to try and manage it as ge is such a standout player when fit, but we've barely seen him like that this season or last.
Not disagreeing with you chap.
I’m none too clued up on his fitness or lack off when he joined Derby to be honest. As you say, he hasn’t kicked a ball this season and if he’s going to be on the physio’s table more than on the park then I’d say it’s been money down the drain. Money that could have been used to bring in another player. -
So you're saying the club paid for a player they knew would struggle to get on the park, and the support were all cool with assurances he was fully fit, despite knowing that he really wasn't....
Well that's cleared things up!
Now is Alan Gow available in the January window to compliment Kyle?
I’d find it hard to believe that the club knew that McAllister had a chronic injury that would limit his playing time and still give him a lengthy contract......... that just doesn’t make sense.
Going on his contribution last season I was happy with the permanent signing. Hindsight I guess.

For all SEVCO’s Possession, Hladky hardly had a save o make. One early first half from Defoe and a couple of hopefully efforts my mother would have saved. I thought we defended well though a couple of scary moments due to bad passing out of defence.
