Did you forget that you posted this?
Yes a story that came out Oran's way obviously something in it but not as bad as the picture being painted. Still believe 2 million has been spunked on fresh air. Intresting to see accounts when they come out late November.

We're still gelling after wholesale changes, later than we should have hoped for. It's hard to say how we'll do this season but the signs are good. I don't think the rangers are that good we should fear them but I believe this game has come a little too early to expect a home win. Hope I'm wrong but the very best I think we'll get is a stuffy draw with sevco resting some key players for their European game midweek. Still.
It's a funny old game so,....
No doubt the dark side is favourite. Listening to Goodwin Q&A clearly he has done his home work the players know what to do. Let's put it this way we have a better chance this season than last years to take something. I know a few fans of the dark side have sent them texts saying put your life savings , borrow put it all on St Mirren then you can take a year out and travel the world with your winnings 😍

Due to them getting their arse kicked by UEFA, I reckon the verbal abuse coming from their stands will be a lot worst than usual.
Battery out of the hearing aid for me
UEFA are doing what our governing body are feert to do.

Would not be surprised if Jim Goodwin after the game tomorrow say's the old firm are being given an advantage. Noise travels far better up the park than across the park.

Sorry IOBS. Not me. It looked about 40% full imo. At a guess 600 in there.
Just thinking if we are putting 600 in the family stand then it's not a massive profit giving the family stand the extra security and Police costs.

Anyone know how many were in the family stand for the Aberdeen game ?

They've implied it.
Apparently we had so little budget we'd be severely limited in who we could sign.
That has proven to be utter shite.
Agree with that.

And so it came to pass...……………………………………….
The transfer window hasn't even shut yet and, even though we're club in crisis which is facing financial ruin, we seem to have done quite well so far.
I'll leave the humble pie distribution until after next week's signing.😉
Nobody has said the club is in financial ruin. What has been written is that a lot of money has been wasted with a revolving door of managers , assistant managers , players . Not hard to work that one out. Still Goodwin looks to have built a decent squad which is great.

Even if I'm the only one stupid enough to continue arguing with it 's pretty clear new manager, new policy and 5 weeks later a better quality of signing.
There was no masterplan, end of story as far as I'm concerned.
For sure there was a list Oran wanted your right though new manager new list Goodwin has said he knows who he wants.

One of the best holidays we have had was to Skye for a couple of day's then onto North Uist, South Uist then over to Eriskay, Barra from there ferry to Oban catching another ferry to Mull. Had been in Mull a few times but never drove round the island so did it this time which took a few good hours but well worth it the scenery is spectacular. Mull has everything castles, birds of pray, amazing sea life all easily available. The road trip Loch Lomond to Lochness is also spectacular. If you do this trip stop off at Lochleven Seafood restaurant its highly recommend down a single track road it sits looking onto the loch and mountains even if you dont like seafood there is none seafood menu.

Danny Lennon played with St Mirren against Port Glasgow in the Renfrewshire cup while manager.

Was in the high street , New Street with filming going on. Looked like a 40's 50's film set. Woman in Blacks told me the name of the TV series. Return of Elizabeth something like that.

You keep saying "we", you part of the management now?
We means the general support who listen to management and playing staff interviews on buddie vision. Rather than beating about the bush speak up on your point of view. Most fans dont want the old firm fans moving season ticket holders out the family stand. I dont like it but was prepaird to understand the financial side for the playing budget. Now after weeks of debate I'm on the side no old firm fans in the family stand. Second point why have a SMISA member voted by its members onto the boardroom not take up the case regarding the family stand for its members. I was under the impression the SMISA board member would be the bridge link on a subject clearly at the top of the agenda tree for fans rather than this subject being brushed under the carpet in the boardroom.

Yes, I don't understand this "tough business decision" shite either.
If you value money more than anything else then allowing the OF two stands is the easiest decision you'll ever makesin your life.
Pretty sure Gordon has not lost a single second of sleep over this.
I won't lie. The longer this goes on the more angry I am getting about it.
We keep hearing how important the support is Jim Goodwin and his players call us the extra man in the team through interviews on buddie vision. Gordon Scott is not hearing it from us the supporters. What is the role of a SMISA member voted onto the board for if not a bridge between fans and board ?

Yo yoo, yo yoo, yoo yoo. Can we improve on it. Bigger fish will always come along. We are a shrunk club. Gone are the days of breakng the Scottish transfer market which we did.

Yes but our eyes can only detect visible light so if objects absorbed all visible light and only reflected non- visible light, we'd be bumping into objects all the time.
As for your last bit, I have always wondered if my blue is the same as your blue. What if you were seeing green but had been taught that this was blue from childhood? Creepy thought.
Much prefer none colour something like black and white. However sometimes many see colour is that so wrong ? Humans are a complex species it ain't going to stop over night. As long as you try not to offend others. Times are changing especially in the Christian world less believe. I know a couple of Christians who are wonderful people that's fine and good. In the real world not computer land would like to think I am a good person who will help others. Anyway football is coming on . Night night.

I was based in Yuzhno on a 7 (week) x 3 rotation. I thought the flights in and out of Yuzhno were bad enough without that added on train journey.
Some of the site based guys would be on a real downer before heading to Nogliki, you’d think they were taking the long walk to the gallows. It's the most hellish journey I ever had and I have had a few. Cabbage soup anyone lol.

I disagree. Let's penalise bad behaviour with points deductions. It's the only punishment that will force clubs to make the changes that clearly need to be made.
Sectarian songs and racial abuse of players would disappear overnight. From our wee "diddy" league, but also from European matches and Internationals.
I know the SFA don't have the balls (they should), but perhaps UEFA will.100% correct have been saying the same thing for a while. Soon clean up the old firm fans.

It was a meet the new manager evening, so the attendance of GLS would be inappropriate.
There IS a Meet Gordon event, though. Aka the AGM.
Have been to a few in the past where S.G attend on stage.

Personally I don't think he is both. He has a great track record in business and needs to prove himself to nobody.
My post was more a dig at the other poster for feeling the need to defend the chairman at every opportunity.
Personally, I think this particular decision wasn't a "mistake" by the chairman, but a poor and short sighted business one.
Re what the other poster calls a "mistake", he made a public statement as part of a sales pitch then went back on it...
That wasn't a "mistake", it was a deliberate decision which many disagree with and some feel betrayed by.
I thought Gordon would have been at the Q.A to answer fans concerns.

Nah its definitely in our favour that they've got a tough and important fixture before and after they play us... Also their next league game after Legia is against Celtic at Ibrox. Here's hoping they underestimate us
Then can score goals but their defence is breathable1. They have played 2 games in one week for a while now.

The dark side travel to Poland for a game against Warsaw who are a good team. Then us on Sunday I have a feeling we will take something from this game
If we stay up... Give us the family stand back.

I care to differ they are being given an advantage having both stands behind the goals which I'm sure Goodwin will pick up on. So you are with Mr Scott on this regarding the family stand ? Probably not I know your feelings to the old firm.
