Gogic doesn't make too many mistakes but that was a howler!

MrsS has had a shitty day at work so watching the match with a glass of prosecco, don't think I could convince my teenage self that that would happen, good wee breakaway there!

Only listening, but Celtic an embarrassment as Scottish champions. Cannot deny a bit of schadenfreude mind. 😁
Results like this should bring a bit of context to the fans of the ugly sisters when teams in our league have a player sent off against them and don't then get hammered, it won't but it should, can't say I was disappointed to see the final score.

PPV for me tonight, that was a pleasant surprise when I read it was available, even MrsS said that's good ☺️

Even home games are away games for me so almost exclusively by car.

Stornaway black pudding one sounds delicious. As an aside, the kebab pies at the stadium are pretty good.
I concur re the kebab pies.

Oh I know that. It’s the nature of many of our St Moan fanbase. Just can’t let things go, even the most trivial matters like this one.
AW has optimised that. He’s paid a heavy price for his moaning & ego.
Baz I think it is admirable that you are so committed to the current ownership model but sometimes it comes across as slavish unquestioning obedience and that isn't necessarily a good thing.

Will we now see a return to the same faces filling the vacancies or will clubs look at doing something a bit original I wonder?

2023-25 third round that's a bit presumptious!

And this is the reason it isn't trivial, at the very least it was misguided to apply for possible funding before all parties were onboard at worst it was misrepresentation, without having access to all the timeline and documents who can say, much as I wish like everyone else this would just go away now, I have to question why some people think there is nothing at all here to see.

Robbo and the backroom team deserve a big shout out for our performances and where we are.
Noticed after the game Robbo talking to big Taylor - basically telling him you need to be “on your toes concentrating” all the time. Thought the big man was excellent today but Robbo saw something he didn’t like and told him ……… that’s why we are “punching” and long may it continue !COYS !
Great little report of interview with Taylor on BBC site, really appreciates the input of the management team as well as Flynn and Dunne.
-
A few people have said we were due to give someone a hammering, imagine if we'd had a first half like the second!
-
Looks like a defent side, wonder about Flynn lasting the 90, I also wondered if the management would look at whether ther is potential for Jamieson to be coached to fill that right sided wing back role, just a thought.
-
As Baz has said it looks like the immediate threat of hostilities has receeded but like BOK has indicated there was still the matter of other legal action being mooted and no matter whether it is between those parties you can be sure the club would be linied to it in the press so it would be good to clarify that it has all been dropped.

England lose narrowly, they must be feeling devastated having gone so close, excellent!

Suspended after his red card in the last match.

Thought as much.

Wilbur requested a change of title. Do you want me to change it back to the original or can you suggest a better one ?
Ok I'll play along, how about Middle East in crisis

Shull reverting to WUM type with the change of title, sad really.

Forecasting another spike in inflation due to the price of oil affected by the situation in Gaza/Israel, ironic thar the oil price is affected by conflict in an area that famously doesn't have any oil.
-
I've read the above debate with interest and thank the contributors for their clear and knowledgeable posts, whatever the religious and geopolitical origins and justifications for the situation in the region I think we can all agree this is going to be a massive humanitarian disaster and pressure needs to be brought to bear to resolve the current situation quickly, the long term issue is one of those almost unsolveable puzzles which will unfortunately trundle on for many years and likely decades to come.
