Popped a like in for you Shull as it appears to be so important to you.

If you remember we brought Taylor in and it wasn't until the start of this season that he was used regularly, I think it is the same with Bolton, Robinson is taking his time and making sure he is fully versed in what we're doing before using him regularly.

Irishman calling for a violent solution shocker!

Hopefully saints commentary okay for second half. Gers commentary so biased. Also they said Ayunga formally of Motherwell. Obviously thinking of Obika
Or Mandron

So, 3rd round draw throws up Arsenal v Liverpool and most interestingly for round here Sunderland v Newcastle, should be interesting!

No reason why we fan't get something from the game, like most others I don't expect anything but it's us so anything can happen.

Pleased I only need to head for the ground when I'm in Paisley now, the thought of these changes heading to Glenburn on a saturday doesn't appeal.

I'll give you Arthur Christmas but not Hark The Herald Angels, as that is about the (supposed) birth of Jesus which, even if true, didn't happen in December. Just sayin', like.
I get your point, however as Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ whatever your opinion on the belief system behind it, then Hark The Herald Angels is a quintisential Christmas song.

I suppose it depends on each person's own definition of a Xmas song (or film). To me, they're both just set at Xmas. Same as Home Alone. You could set them all at different times of year without changing the stories (except for the weather).
Indeed, unlike the fabulous Arthur Christmas or Hark the herald angels, had the debate loads and it is funny how intransigent people get, hope in mentioning it one of our other posters doesn't have a strong opinion 🙄

I ask because some people claim it is a Christmas song but then say Die Hard isn't a Christmas film.

Just heard on ITV news that the dearly departed Shane was one of the greatest songwriters of his generation.
With the utmost respect, I find that very hard to believe.
Anyhow, thanks for one of the annual Christmas songs that will always immortalise you.
Is it a Christmas song or a song set at Christmas?

Good stuff Elvis, you said bottom 4 the other day, glad you are feeling more positive.

God yes, outside the Post Office (Last Post) if I remember correctly.

Not like you to make a joke, no wonder I didn't spot it.

For me, it’s more about the progress. We know things are too expensive & have changed our operating model to be more cost effective. Don’t think anyone expected we’d be able to fully implement that in one year, after last years results.
The results show we aren’t the finished article but it’s a big step in the right direction. It’ll probably be two or three seasons of work behind the scenes before we are fully in a position to take the sort of hits that would come with a poor season. These changes are rarely (if ever) instant.
Overall, these results for me say that we have been able to take a far bigger than expected step in the right direction, because we had such a strong season.
I would wholeheartedly agree with this rather than your earlier controversial statement, it is good that all owners of the club are contributing to the improvement in fiscal matters but your original statement to me belittles the impact of our new CEO, Lasley is making the difference, not alone but he appears to be in charge and rightly so.

Happy enough with that!

Some of the larger ones are really nice, our friends have two dogs and they said they can be a pain at night in a smaller van but with the awning up the dogs are happy as larry during the day. Hope you get something.

Am delighted with the points and the position we are in, knowing we are not at our best but still getting the points is a good sign, we'd all like to see silky football but we all know that's unlikely and a dose of realism prevents the complacency that comes with unrealistic expectation.

Did we not go 15 or so games unbeaten after that Raith game?
-
Full time 3 points will take that, could have been a tricky one.

Corrected now but still.
