Is there a disclaimer on match tickets warning of risk of injury from stray balls? If not, he could be entitled?

imagine also if it had knocked him over and hit his head on a step or chair..? People calling him for simply saying you dont expect to go to a venue and return injured and have damaged property because the focus of the event smashed you in the chops!

club should have compo'd him straight away and nipped it in the bud, because the next time it happens it will get greater public attention and it will be for real money.

think about it... the cost of bad PR value to the club for something that might happen twice a season? Versus £279 and a sorry!

    Naw, naw, and.... naw :D

Have already said that St Mirren win financially if Hibs do end up with English clubs genuinely bidding against Celtic. Imagine if Neil Lennon started helping move on Rangers players with 1 year of their contract left or if McInnes got involved in helping shift Hibs or Motherwell players. I said it was odd if Stubbs is involved.

STV are one of the media groups saying today that the fee could be around £2m or is not yet finalised - others saying Hibs are still negotiating add ons etc. All last night's reports seemed to say was Hibs and Aston Villa were in talks, and £4m-rated" McGinn was going down to meet them.

Genuine question here, if you agree that it is a win for us to maximise any deal for McGinn, what is " odd" about our manager being involved?

A few Hibs related sites are saying either that an ex-manager is helping Hibs find an English buyer or that Stubbs has recommended him to clubs like Derby, Fulham and Everton ahead of the English transfer deadline. If the latest reports are anything to go by Hibs and Aston Villa have not yet agreed a fee and Villa might only be offering £2m at the moment. At the worst a genuine bidding war could get underway if Celtic really want him.

A genuine bidding war would be a big plus for us DOP, and I'm sure that Stubbs would be well up for that, surely it is in our best interests to promote this.

I have never used the word "genius" to describe anyone, let alone myself. You appear to be showing signs of confusion.

The word is used by people to explain away why they are less intellectually successful than others. The truth is that it is hard work which distinguishes those at the top from the rest. Just like in football, art, music and pretty much any other category you may care to think of.

There is no such thing as a genius.

But there is such a thing as Bawbag, as demonstrated by this post :P

Here's hoping its settled soon so Stubbs can stop helping Hibs to find an English buyer for McGinn and focus on getting some players signed to St Mirren FC - I realise that St Mirren win financially if an English club outbids Celtic and John signs with them but its still a little odd that our manager is helping Hibs get a better offer for one of their players!

    Helping how?

The recent Record article by Scott explaining how he controls the Smisa committee as well as the board really shows why the fan ownership game at Smfc is a bogey. Ffs he's even bragging about how he picks the Smisa committee. Made a troubling decision so much easier.

So it'll be ok for someone to create a topic on racism say, or child abuse as its only a joke about someone else posting dreadful stuff? Yeah that makes sense, how silly of me to not have got that. Ok so which one do you want to start with the funny racism of the funny child abuse..?

    Exactly this!

i knew before i posted it wouldnt be taken seriously by a section of the forum, even though its a bit of theatre to make a point, that its only the forum owners mates who truly can post anything and its 'no problem'. But the same owner is happy to descriminate between saints fans  simply posting their thoughts.

I wonder if anyone has asked the club for an official statement on the online campaign by some to have the new manager sacked? Theres no caveat in the topic alluding to any sense of "its not a real topic" set up on a fans forum. What if someone in the media simply reported it as it reads? Yeah they'd be a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth, but pointing the finger of blame at some 'lazy journo' rather than who put the topic up in the first place.

i'd say we should call to have it removed, but being just a sin bin forum poster, who is going to listen to that?

Someone doesn't get it, is feeling left out and is typing shitty responses with missing punctuation.  I think his sidekick may be away, he's probably feeling lonely.

Of course he's feeling lonely, he's an unlovable twat, and as for his mate, the bold Zico, they just run away when they are called out,,,,, feckin cowards

So its nearly the weekend, you've been hard at it all week and crave some sparkling company, to compliment your Feisty Fajitas at your dinner party. But who to invite that will provide scintillating conversation, and display a consummate grasp of the current geo-political landscape?

Zico, except he keeps running away and hiding, fair enough though, he's likely got to go to school in the morning
