You deserve a bit of teasing for the way you have behaved over all of this but frankly everyone else will be moving forward, supporting the decision and getting behind the process now.

If the smisa membership didn't think it was the wrong proposal now, then with Kibble effectively calling the shots, the apathy/go with the flow acceptance will mean they can pretty much do as they wish.The fans. What good is a club without fans.
Some of which could be good for the club, some.. not so. -
If the ball doesn't hold up on the pitch, and bounces ok, and if the wind isnt making it farcical...? Wouldnt be surprised if its game on.
The experience of fans travelling, watching etc will be way down the priority list for spfl/sfa/BT -

Well done to Kibble, they have secured a licence to print money for themselves. Going forward I would expect Kibble's 'Expertise' will enable them to consolidate & expand their control of the club.

Ahhh!If SMFC paid for it and ran it, it would have to turn a profit. If SMFC pay for it and have a guaranteed tenant (Kibble), then SMFC would be getting rent and Kibble could run it at break even. So, not the same risks and costs for SMFC. I am obviously assuming that Kibble would pay rent, I can't see why they wouldn't.
So Kibble will be taking any profit from these ventures as they fitted it out, staffed it and ran it.

Simply because they can make money from all the initiatives that the club were too lazy or lacked any basic skill to develop.
Edit: I dont blame Kibbke at all! It's a great no-brainer opportunity For Them!
Hell if I got the option I would sink the funds in to develop those business opportunities, and happily pay a fair rent as it is ripe for development.

It's common purpose to identify a number of low hanging fruit no brainers.Guess so, but it must be difficult to quantify what exactly they’ll bring at the moment as they don’t have anything to offer. That would be my take anyway, nobody will ever call out an absolute value at this time.
The odd thing with this proposal is the lack of tangible wins smfc , amiss or Kibble are putting up. -
