I agree, the three signed so far are pretty much what Lasley/McLeish indicated they were after - early-mid 20s looking to kickstart their careers with us. This is nowhere near the eccentric bunch of signings Stubbs made.

However, FIFA apparently has 211 member associations, with a further 2 in Oceania who ignore everybody. There are 23 non-sovereign members. So I suppose the 4 Home Nations and places like Hong Kong and all these islands in the Caribbeans and Oceania probably add up to that. But I read last weekend that at least two Associations have not indicated their preference, not that it will deter FIFA from claiming victory before the election.
