Well we've managed to stay in touch with Hamilton and Dundee. Over to Oran, Gus and the board to make three or four effective signings and give us a realistic chance of staying in premiership

Ryan Flynn....why? Caused the fracas that led to the throw in that led to the goal. Zero addition to team when he came on. Overall we were worth a point without really creating. Great work ethic and attitude in game from team. Felt we didn't look out of our depth unlike earlier in season. Last twenty minutes fake saints overran us

If we put up a solid performance and attitude particularly in defence we are capable of getting something today. Time for some consistency saints. Let's start that today at home

Hard lines I thought for today. We’re making small steps in the right direction whether it’s gonna be enough remains to be seen.
Jackson for me just isn’t working, up top on his own at least. He needs someone to play off. If we had a Cosgrove in our team we’d have beaten them today. Another thing for me is Cammy. Get him in his best position and keep him there. Held the ball up well when he came on and turned their defenders a few times. We need that just now because the bell just ain’t sticking up front.
Ryan Edwards should just cease to play football altogether.
Agree a lot with this. Unfortunately cammy is leaving in January l have this on good authority so we will be looking at who comes in to solve these problems -

Sadly we are just not good enough or smart enough for this league. Physically bullied off the ball, poor at defending set pieces, unable to create many meaningful opportunities to score and when we do seldom make the keeper work. Confidence l am sure plays a big part but too many of our players are inconsistent wrk in week out. We weren't terrible today and we worked hard, but coupled with poor refereeing were outfoxed by a poor Hamilton. Not expecting a happy Christmas in paisley this year and fear January will not bring us adequate relief

Second half was Fab-u-Lou's. cracking goals and cracking attitude. Hearts were quite poor but take nothing away from defence and rest of team. Same attitude next week please as will be a different game with accies being far more defensive. Going to enjoy Saturday night for a change

Of course l will be there why else would l buy a season ticket? I support the team through good and bad times. Too many quickly forget that most of the time we are not very good which makes the results that are unexpected and unexplainable so much sweeter than supporting one of the old firm

Ethan was outstanding for a player out of position and his age. Need to be able to sustain this type of attitude and commitment as a team when not playing old firm at home. Also need to score to enhance some overall confidence. Samson looking ropey at times though weather didn't help.

That was brutal. The lack of confidence certainly doesn't help but long balls into a big, stout Motherwell defence will have only one outcome. We are physically not at the races in this league and unless we are able to do something radical in January window just cannot see us finishing better than eleventh. There was nothing in this performance to give hope to the home support. Felt sorry for simeon as he had nothing to work with all night. Anton was definitely our man of the match

No shots on target continues to be a common occurrence. Hanging on here at moment hoping home form can give us some points and Dundee continue to struggle.

That would match my info. Was on full training last week. As regards heaton another source from down south claims he would have been sold for 10k no problem and said he was at least a year away from featuring in first teams at our level. Makes you wonder -

Magennis close to fitness as is eckersley. Heaton is going to be moved on, apparently on very hefty salary. All money brought in from mcginn sell on spent and wasted on Stubbs signings and getting rid of Stubbs. Kearney been left with huge job but not messing about. Big Mackenzie back in gym

Lots to be pleased about, particularly in first half where we pressed killie really well and limited them. Felt Ferdinand going off and decision to not use jones was problematic coupled with a significant increase in pace of the game which we couldn't cope with. For equaliser McPherson was caught in two minds and we sat too deep. It was a great goal but shouldn't have been given the chance. Midfield overrun second half, but we still had some good chances. Work in progress but thought switching defence around was a crucial error.

Brocks madsen sent back to Birmingham after unimpressive loan period. OK continues the clear out of duffers as transfer window approaches. Note McCann got boot from Dundee so this could be an additional worry for us.

How do you loan out a player who has not been able to get into a first team to a club at a higher level? Think we need to be realistic about where he might go. However, maybe an opportunity for him to change his attitude and even maybe prove what others saw in him
