My 1st choice would be Malky MacKay.
He inherited a poor squad at RC and has made them a good bit better already. They are attack minded and have had some impressive results, despite having a weaker defence than us.... imagine what he could do with our squad..... when's his contract up (summer?) Anyone know?

We've drawn about 5 more games on average than other teams. If we'd lost 3 and won 2 of those we'd already be 4th.

It's rotten timing for us but a good time to take the reigns at the Dons.
Even a mediocre manager should be able to improve on their league position and offload their overpaid mediocre players for better.
It's all about us though... have we got a good plan on place to utilise the compensation money and install a new management team that can get us 4th place... high goal but is very possible if we keep clicking and don't end up with loads of draws, or defeats

Unless he's improved loads since his gig at Well, I'd be delighted if he gets the job at Dee....
Right now it's between them and the Fakes for the bottom 2 spots. I think RC are better than them both...
So his best chance is survival through the play offs.
The Fakes are a poorer team with plenty injuries but a number of new signings who might improve them....

They had not been playing like the team that finished 3rd hence 7th place, and were on the wrong slope. Board makes the decisions - rightly or wrongly, they have power and influence and all the info to hand, the others are simply pawns..
