ianmac got a reaction from E=Mc2 in Kings Of The Penalty Shoot OutYou do realised that you have jinxed us if it goes to penalties today......
-
ianmac got a reaction from W6er in Our first game at St.Mirren in a few weeks…The Last Post beside Gilmour St Station always has kids in before St Mirren matches.
It's a Wetherspoons but is usually OK before St Mirren matches.

ianmac got a reaction from ALBIONSAINT in Paisley - My Pics Of Old Or Unusual Buildings Or Places Of Interest. When we win the cup later this year, I hope it will be able to play 'Oh When The Saints.....'

ianmac got a reaction from StanleySaint in Managerial Merry Go RoundXabi Alonso, doing really well at Bayer Leverkusen, must be a good shout to take over.

Aye, £24k apparently. It will be on Viaplay. 100%!
-
It’ll be like a cup final for plucky Celtic

ianmac reacted to stlucifer in Scum Israeli cnuts slaughter innocentsOn the contrary. Any civilized society should be condemning the atrocious, vindictive, evil, mass murder of innocent people anywhere in the world. And I think you might find it difficult to find Palestine now.

ianmac got a reaction from faraway saint in Sin Bin TV ThreadIt would be interesting to see how many were prosecuted in the 20 years prior to Fujitsu getting involved.
I heard a bit of the inquiry on the radio in my car this morning. The lawyer spent about 15 mins quizzing a PO investigator about whether he had been conducting the interview with the accused postmaster professionally as he had told her she should get up earlier if she could not open the Post Office in time in the morning!
No wonder these inquiries take so long and they cost so much with lawyers making a killing.

ianmac reacted to WeeBud in St Mirren v Celtic SPFL PREMIERSHIP 2/1/24Correct, nor the acrobatic overhead kick in the midfield which meant Tanser (I think) pulling out of a header when the ref shouted and waved his finger at the Celtic player but failed to give a free-kick to Saints despite there being no advantage.

ianmac got a reaction from WeeBud in St Mirren v Celtic SPFL PREMIERSHIP 2/1/24I don't remember any sanction for Maeda (I think) barging Hemming into the advertising boards after he had cleared the ball on the sideline. That looked
a) deliberate and
b) endangering an opponent.
I watched the game live on TV, not sure if it appeared on the highlights for those of you at the match.

ianmac reacted to faraway saint in Sin Bin TV ThreadAgreed gentlemen on all counts.
I'll not comment too much until I've seen any episodes but as I've previously mentioned this case really made me angry.
Bad enough that the system was fcuked but even worse was the attitude and blame culture of the Post Office.
-
ianmac got a reaction from faraway saint in Sin Bin TV ThreadI can't believe how little flak that Fujitsu are getting from this. Even now when there is little doubt about who is to blame for this they still seem to be avoiding much publicity.
I have watched most of the first episode and Fujitsu have not been mentioned.
-
ianmac reacted to Wilbur in Sin Bin TV ThreadJustice won't have been served until all the innocent victims of this awful debacle receive mega-compensation, and those within Fujitsu and the Post Office who were aware that Horizon was a flawed and corrupt system appear in the dock.
Along with Mone and Barrowman.

ianmac got a reaction from antrin in Utility billsI am not suggesting that some incompetent politician runs them, but someone who knows what the are doing. Presumably the people who are running EDF know the energy market.
-
ianmac got a reaction from Slarti in Utility billsI have never really understood why a public company, run by the right people in the right way could not be run at a profit for the country rather than shareholders.
EDF seem to be able to do it for the French government.
