Traffic was heavy at tradeston on M74, also after M73 cut off signs were saying Roadworks at J4, I came off at J5 and went through Strathclyde park to be safe!!
-
I work in Bellshill and the weather at the minute is absolutely shocking!!
-
Really looking forward to this, just checked the table, feel we should go all out for the win, could be a cracking night of football...
-
Great stuff Ricky, thank you!!
-
Anyone know what date this might get rescheduled for?
-
Plenty parking in streets down from their main stand if get there by half 2. Then about 10 min walk round to away stand.
Never any kind of problem
Thanks very much bud!! -
Thanks bud, just hope this weather calms down a bit!!
-
Taking my 9 year old son today to his first away game, what’s the parking like around the ground, take it there would be no bother with the well fans?
-
Fair enough point BEK, I gave up my adult season ticket last year as my son was missing too many games, so I have been buying our home games ad-hoc this season and note that it’s normally £14 for him, guess that’s where I was coming from.
-
£24.00 for an adult yes, but £3.00 for my son, furthermore you can get an adult and two weans for £28.00, so fair play to Motherwell!!

Really looking forward to attending this game today with my son, weather not great however, think this will be a hard fought match. Prediction saints 2 dons nil!!

Strange how all the most annoying poster's allegedly are in here but it is now most popular thread on forum. All the poster's who constantly disagree and happy clap have followed myself, Shull and faraway in her. Proves without us the forum is boring as feck... without us u have no forum!
I think you’ve really hit the nail on the head, I don’t post that often, not in fear of getting hounded or slagged off by the forums ‘main men’, whilst the bickering can get tedious it is also very amusing.
The fact that I am in the sin bin part of the forum and reading this very thread tells me that you lot actually add a lot of value to the forum or in other words make the forum.
There are some ‘key’ posters that I prefer to others but that’s like anything in life.
Anyway I don’t have the answers, I’m away to walk the dug. -
deep dive!!

Not feeling particularly confident, managed to buy ‘my own’ seat on Monday morning with no email, however I have taken Sonny’s good advice and printed my confirmation page. I will get down early as I think things will be manic, also I do not wish to see or be involved in any conflict over bought seats!!

2 minutes ago, Sonny said:
Since the default for smart card users is that games are added to the card and at no time during my transaction did it mention collection then I am taking it that it is on my smart card. But just in case I have taken a screen shot of my transaction to prove I have paid for my seat (My Account / Purchase History)
Great shout thanks Sonny, I will print that out as proof of purchase!!
-
Very confused, managed to get into the system and select my own seats no problem, however I have no email confirmation of my purchase and don't know if I use my smartcard or if a ticket will be posted out?
-
Agreed, Cooke must start, his confidence will be sky high!!

Chris Sutton is a class 1 fud!!
-
In my work they use this awful line ‘let’s go for the low hanging fruit’ - annoys me to death!!
-
Thought that banner was great today as were the W7 boys, was great to see the Dungdee fans quietened down!!
-
Happy new year everybuddie.

I’m the same (sit just in front of hospitality), I can recall some Ayr fans a couple of seasons ago being a bit of a pain but it wasn’t outrageous by any means, as long as the away fans keep themselves in line I have no problem. Great news to hear Killie have sold their allocation!!

It's tough to step up and stay there. Make it through a season in the top league and there is an opportunity to consolidate. Do we have what it takes? That's down to the collective will of the board, manager and fans. No point in reiterating the problems we faced over the summer but it was far from ideal preparation and has led directly to where we are now. But... There are positives. Record season ticket sales, money in from the John McGinn transfer and larger away crowds plus prize and TV money means that we can compete either least the bottom 4 clubs in the Premiership on wages. Recent signings have been promising and the new manager is more in tune with the support but he needs time to build a squad and dressing room which will compete successfully. My view is to be pragmatic. These seem like tough times but this is the league we want to be in so there is no point in being defeatist. Time for everybody to step up to the plate.
It just seems to me Ricky that in the summer we were not ambitious enough or the plans were flawed, don’t get me wrong the McGinn monies were not there as the transfer was very late. The Stubbs saga has really taken the wind out our sails, his dealings in the transfer market (endorsed by the board I would add) were very poor.
Now we have OK who we should all back, we have a transfer window coming where we have to be brave and clear in our intentions if we really want to stay in this league, up until then we have to scrap and fight for every point!!
Us as supporters/ fans just have to back the team in any way we can!! -
We deserved to lose the match yesterday, but that playing surface is a disgrace.
Agreed Drew, I said to they guy next to me, they (Accies) knew how to play that pitch perfectly. We just made it that wee bit easier for them!!
