Yip remember it well we called it Nellies, it wasn't really near the part of Feegie I was brought up so it was always a bit dodgy when I got sent round there,
It was also a good pitstop to stock up on sweeties before heading down to the shows at the racecourse via the "Cowboy valley" (who remembers that?)
It's just had a makeover I believe and has been turned into a snack bar type of place I've heard..

Just curious - how do you feel about him signing for an English League One club that many of you will never have heard of? Do you feel insulted, or do you feel that this is an accurate indication of the relative strength (and financial muscle) of Scottish and English football?
Definitely financial, we lost another good player to a league one side last season so money is defo the clincher for yous,
Can't blame the lad for wanting to bag a few extra bucks but I thought he could have done a bit better than WW.

Maybe a bit old at 32, but if he is fit enough then that's great
His love of Saints is questionable, Jim Goodwin was manager when we won the league cup?😮
Well maybe he thought he was and that is what Jim was telling the players at Utd
Ross is most likely a Celtic fan like the rest of the Docherty family who I know very well.
Still a decent player and would be a good addition.

Absolute sickener, we played fantastic today, thought Marcus Fraser was superb all game, shame about that brain fart at the end..
-
My nerves are shattered after that,
That start to the game really f**ked us..
So unlucky but everyone at the club should be proud of themselves..

Come on Saints let's do this..
Currently sitting in an hotel room with my firestick and a fridge full of chilled Corona's, but I know where I would rather be..
Get intae them..

The most complete team performance of the season, a four or five goal margin wouldn`t have flattered us , excellent Saints.
Likey...😁

Excellent performance and result, I thought Oisin Smyth was superb today, maybe he's just lacked a bit of fitness before but today showed how good a player he can be..
-
Just switched this on, thought it was a 7-45 kick off... Lucky me..

Is that Robbo and Eddie Howe?

I thought we played superb tonight, no way that scoreline reflects on the game, how we never got that penalty at 2-3 is beyond belief..
4 massive games coming up, fingers crossed Mandron's injury isn't anything bad..

There's a lot of made up shite out there and I've no desire to search and find it but while I don't know what happened how does this explain the dog, did Hackman fall on it? 🤔😒
The dog was found in a kennel outside the house next to a couple of dogs that were fine apparently..

A win tomorrow would be massive for us, get the Celtic game out the way then we have a run of 3 games up to the split which we can take points from,
The leagues so tight you could miss top 6 on goal difference and still get relegated..
Squeaky bum time...

Lose this game and we're in a battle to stay in the league, winning it puts us in a relatively safe position and we can still look upwards, if this is true ? and I think it is, This makes this game the most important of the season so far
Win, lose or draw and we'll still in a relegation battle, and I fully expect us to be till the end of the season,
There's probably about 8 teams who are as shit as each other and our current form doesn't fill me with hope..
Hibs are a good team and will easily survive, fearing the worst tbh.

Ellery Balcombe, Oisin Smith, Declan John, Elvis, Alex Lacovitti, Roland Idowu, James Scott, Dennis Adeniran, Van Veen, Brown and Rooney... ELEVEN of them who brought nothing, or very little to the party. If we finish bottom two this recruitment will be the reason and the blame for that only falls at one mans door.
A bit harsh on Smyth, Elvis, and Iacovitti but no arguments with the rest.

Brass neck... Looking for a scapegoat after failing to beat the worst team in the league..
Getting as bad as Sevco..

Big Mandron has been excellent over the last few games, he didn't deserve to be on the losing side against DU, but his 2 goals today is reward for his good displays of late..
Superb result...👏🤘
-
I thought Mandron and Hemmings had good games but the rest were brutal, how Fraser keeps his place week in week out is beyond me and Taylor is every bit as bad .
We probably deserved to get something from the game but if you can't score penalties and when you're straight through on goal you end up with results like today's..
Another Saturday night ruined..☹️

You’ll be going along to join the tribute to Tony then as it obviously means so much to you
FFS, point scoring on a thread like this, especially when the players daughter has posted on it.. what a brass neck..

Hi all, new joiner here and would just like to say Happy New Year to all fellow St Mirren fans here!
I now want to attend football games more regularly, and I saw that I could get a half-season ticket, which saves the hassle of buying a ticket every time I want to go to a home match. So I went on the SM website and chose my desired seats, put all my details in and went to continue to payment, only to be stopped by a message saying "Your chosen seats are no longer available. Please select different seats. If the problem persists contact us."
I had never seen this message before and was very confused to see that when I refreshed the page, the seat I chose was, in fact, still available. So I went and chose another seat, and low and behold, the same message appeared at checkout.
I was just wondering if this has happened to anybody else and how you rectified this. Should I do as the message says and contact them, or should I go down to the ticket office and just get one there?
Cheers
Just a thought here but if you did this before our last home game against Dundee it could have been that the seat you selected had already been sold for that game so wouldn't be available,
Our next home games against United on the 11th so most seats will be available just now.
Maybe this was the issue? If not maybe you should contact the club.
