  1. Partick Thistle can be aggrieved at two goals being ruled out. I guess the folk at Thistle will be wishing VAR was used in the Championship.
  2. Anyway, I'll be there in my usual seat and looking forward to the match. Craig Levein has organised St. Johnstone and got them looking decent enough again. A hard closely fought match with just a goal to separate both teams. My heart says St. Mirren 2-1 St. Johnstone, my head says St. Mirren 0-1 St. Johnstone.
  3. I didn't know that Jim Blair played for Mechelen! I've just read on his Wikipedia page that he remained in Belgium and sadly passed away in 2011. You learn something new everyday.
  4. I reside in Renfrew just like my profile says. I believe you when you say you live in Cardonald so we're both telling the truth. Anyway, there's more important things going on in the World than where two individuals live that both post on a website about St. Mirren.
  5. King Troll gets released from the sin bin and I don't. What a laugh.
  6. Back on home soil again this Saturday. I'll be there in my usual seat. I was disappointed to read about the disgusting behaviour of a small group of our so called "supporters" at Livingston. Shameful, despicable behaviour. The Club need to find out who these cretins are and get them banned pronto. Arsehole behaviour from wee fannies and pricks. Anyway, I'm going for another tight match and a hard fought 2-1 victory to the Paisley Saints. As ever, Come on you Saints!
  7. I obviously can't post in Antrin's thread but I was pleased to read the article he put a link to saying Samantha Morton had won a BAFTA. I've seen her in a number of things and always been impressed by her. Well deserved to a talented woman. 👏 👏 👏
  8. More backflips than Beth Tweddle. Come back to me when you've sobered up.
  9. Of course, I never said or suggested any of that... I couldn't possibly comment on Div's website construction skills as I've never asked him for help. Also, it wasn't my "Buddie" but a we do have a mutual friend in common. He isn't a St. Mirren supporter so would have no reason to set up a replacement for this website. I believe it was charity related. All I told the chap was that Div didn't seem to know that Shull and I have different IP addresses otherwise he'd have told people like you and your "friend" that we're not the same person. As I said, I'm not prepared to comment on Div's website construction skills but I will say that you seem to have difficulty with reading.
  10. So Faraway Saint gets released from the sin bin and we lose to the team at the bottom of the league?! 😅 😂 🤣
  11. The sad thing is, I was thinking of paying for the subscription to this website just before I was put in the sin bin. Then a guy I know through a mutual Buddie was looking for recommendations for companies that created websites. I told him the webmaster on here does that but when I explained he didn't seem to know the difference between your IP address and mine, he laughed and politely declined the recommendation. No skin off my nose at the end or the day.
  12. Thank you, Shull. I'd give you a like but I'm all out of them. You are correctly back posting in the main forum. Unfortunately I feel because of he who can't be named, I'll be in here for a while. It's a shame really.
  13. Also, respect to our former Manager Ian Murray. I personally felt it was a bit early in his career to come to us but he is clearly an intelligent guy, speaks very well and has a good footballing brain. I was at the last match he managed with us and was disgusted at the abuse, some of it very personal, that he received that day at Dumbarton. I wouldn't want nor expect that kind of abuse at my workplace and Managers and players are human beings just like the rest of us.
  14. What a match tonight's Championship game was! A superb goal by Raith Rovers' Captain Scott Brown and just as superb a save by his goalkeeper Kevin Dabrowski to get all three points. Raith Rovers got a bit of luck with their first goal with Zak Rudden being slightly offside but those are the things that sometimes go for you and sometimes go against you.
  15. I really like this guy's attitude on and off the park. I think he'll do well for us and get himself a decent gig down south.

  17. I've just seen a picture in the main forum of the Stanely Firs on Amochrie Road. I was too young to have been in it but my mates Dad used to drink in it. Sometimes we'd walk round to the shops nearby with his Dad when he was heading to the Stanely Firs and we'd get ourselves some soft drinks and snacks. Happy, carefree days. 👍
  18. "Nice one Trevor, nice one son! Nice one Trevor let's have another one!"
