    It won’t work.

Hmmmm. You see the thing is my dear Bazil, he doesn’t post stuff like that in an attempt to get you to stop posting, he’s doing it to get you to post things like......erm.......”It won’t work”. ........ which you did........which means.....it did work.........if you know what I mean. The only way it won’t work, is if you stop responding to it......which you won’t.

Celtic also wear a shirt the back of which is half one colour, half another. No plain backs in domestic games for them.

Aye but in fairness it probably works better with hoops than it does stripes. In terms of the names that is. They can have white names on a green hoop.

I still agree the plain back is shite though.

Wonder if Jason Naismith is available?

Would take him in a heartbeat. Especially if it freed Flynn back up to rejoin the midfield (as much I think he was great at right back).

No idea as to Naismith’s availability or if we could afford him now.

Supposedly has decided to go to Motherwell according to P&B.

Fair enough if he does. The sad reality is that given the market we operate in, none of the targets are in the category of me being absolutely gutted if they don’t come off.

I think you'll be proved correct, even although the Scottish government are dragging their heels, things are moving towards allowing sports events being attended by the public.

The debate about virtual season tickets will not be an issue, certainly not for any length of time.

Not having a go at you specifically mate, but I think part of your post here typifies the thankless task that oor Nicola faces.

Firstly she gets commended for her hard stance in combating the virus receiving rightful plaudits for her handling of the situation.

Now because everyone is starting to get a bit fed up and other governments are seen to be loosening their stance, it’s comments like she’s dragging her heels.
    Who’d want that gig.

  6. Mind when I went to see Scotland in Tibilisi (the one where we basically f**ked up the brilliant Euro 2008 qualifying campaign) the Georgians had weirdly mic’d up the stadium.  Was weird because the stadium was pretty full anyway so seemed unnecessary, but despite how loud it was there was a real falseness to it. You could tell a mile off that it wasn’t the normal natural noise of the crowd.

I just had a lucky guess mate. :thumbs2

Honestly though. I’m waiting for the news story that says....... This is Jeremy Bradshaw from Leominster who succumbed to Coronavirus today. Family, friends and neighbours all said Jeremy was a right khunt. One of life’s great arseholes.

    So what do you believe?

    Higher, lower?

Neither really. I don’t know if it was 5000 of none. All I truly believe is that it definitely is not 173.

Do you know what I think too. I think I feel more sorry for the on average 450 people who died from cancer today. Or the 180 people that died from a heart attack today. Or the 120 people who died from kidney failure etc etc. Why? Because no one seems to give a flying f**k about them at the moment.
All these f**king sob stories on the news about all these amazing people who have died from COVID. At least they are grabbing the headlines. Unlike all the other folk dying of boring old ordinary stuff.

To paraphrase Kevin Costner in Bull Durham “Well f**k this f**king virus”.

Add it to the list of other shit folk die from and let’s crack on.
