There in lies the crux of the matter. There is NO consensus about ANY one "deal". There are so many different views as to what is best. There will never be agreement as to the way to exit. People go on about 17,000,000 being betrayed. What about the near 16,000,000 who voted to remain? Of the 17,000,000 there are various levels of leave. IF the question of leave or remain had been thought out and expanded, that number for remain would probably have changed very little but those who chose to leave would have been split because, as has been noted ad nausea, there is no ideal method of disentangling us from a machine we have been integrated with for forty odd years. As for MPs going against the wishes of the people they represent. What about those whose constituents voted to remain? Who should they represent? The slim majority of the country who voted for what they thought leave meant or the people who actually voted them in?
With all the ramifications of leave coming to the surface I really don't see why there shouldn't be a REAL vote on the options. It's actually the way it should have been done in the first place. Due to the infighting and UKIP fear of the tories they put the cart before the horse in a blatant attempt at self preservation. In fact that VonC in the government was only doomed to failure through exactly that. DUP turkeys weren't going to vote for being stuffed.
What I love is when a voter on the telly claims to the interviewer that this is the first time they ever voted and if we don’t just leave as promised they will never vote again.
Personally, as a father, if my baby daughter, after throwing her toys out of the pram said she would never do it again, I would be very happy.

Certainly wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened - did you read about Oxlade-Chamberlain's mental contract at Arsenal?

Darlo might have been due a payment when he made his first league appearance. Given that the League Cup groups were glorified friendlies, there is likely to have been an exemption for those. It all makes a lot of sense.
Well, these days, anyone going on as a sub on the 71st or 72nd, or even 73rd minute would play for 20 minutes.

I remember when we were top at Xmas, think it was 79 or 80. Loads of snow and we had played 2/3 games more, but we were top for at least a week .
Maybe it was a dream
I don’t think you were dreaming about snow.
More likely it was rain.
That’s it...............................it was a wet dream.

We should not have 6 year old ball persons.

Yes, Jamie Ramsden was at the club when we won the league in 2006. Left us to join Celtic and now at Rangers.
A career in a downward spiral, sad.

With our luck it will arrive, and cause a postponement, around the 89 minute when we are 2-0 up.

Com’n Kombi I can tell from your favourite player being Alex Beckett that we are both of a similar vintage.
if your teenage child was standing in front of you at 7pm and suggesting they need some money as they were going out that evening, do you believe the decision to go out is dependent on your response?
Of course not. They have the money. They are just hoping you’ll give them a bit more.
