Early I know but saw this offer for a Pie and a Pint and thought it worth a mention.
If any fans wish to meet me in a Wetherspoons I will match their offer and give them 2 pies!

I wouldn't like to judge either party but personally tend towards tolerance of others many and varied approaches to life but the case is not as straightforward as it seems. This was no accidental incident. The individual ordering the cake was/is an activist for Gay Rights. No reason why he shouldn't be but is it a coincidence that he just happened to order the cake at this particular bakers? I don't think so. My point is, I think, that many might think the bakery to be intolerant but what of the person ordering the cake? Was this a deliberate act of provocation to seek a negative response for "political" purposes and PR? Neither party covers themselves in glory or shows much human understanding for the other. As for Jesus... I'll leave that to others to comment.
I know what you are saying St. Ricky.
The legendary Rosa Parks was preceded in her front of the bus seat protest by a Claudette Colvin.
Rosa Parks, rightly or wrongly, was thought a more suitable candidate for the NAAC, the National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People, to take to court.

Peter Tatchell agrees with the court's decision.

Right FECKING RANT. I started making preparations for this game weeks ago. Travel arrangements sorted etc. All I need is a matchday ticket. Normally my mate picks them up from the ticket office as I stay 70 odd miles from the ground. I've stopped ordering them online because they charge an extra £2.50 a ticket to cover admin and postage. My mate is off on Holiday so he isn't going to Aberdeen. No probs I think, I'll pick one when I'm at the Hibs Game. I turn up early and attend at the ticket office only to be told they don't go on sale till Monday.
WTF. That is just piss poor customer service. Pay an extra £2.50 a ticket or travel 140 miles to earn the privelage to travel another 300 miles to see your team. I was told The tickets were apparently locked in the safe and a club executive had made the decision not to make them available till Monday.
NOT IMPRESSED
Pay at the gate in Aberdeen.

Crazy pricing. Factor in travel costs and its almost as if they dont want us to attend.
Aberdeen may not want us there, but our team need us there.
Take the Court Bar bus.
Leaves at 9am arrives in Stonehaven around 11.30am, lovely town.
A couple of hours relaxing there then onto the game.
Good crowd on the bus.
Non members £12 for the bus.
Back in Paisley between 8 and 8.30pm.
A good day out.

The reason Alice Howe and Freebo are appearing in Kilbarchan is that the promoter lives there so it’s an easy one for him.
This lady is an exceptional talent on her way up.

I just don't understand how being a part time Manager for an Amateur team qualifies you to be a Technical Director of a Premier Club ?
Well, if that's all that written on his CV, I see your point.

First point, no we dont agree. Because they have by any of the means i stated given it to the media.
the rest is all he said, they said nonsense about ONE innocuous banner. So the Crew didnt heed the banner advice, neither do hundreds of fans who stand at the game, jump up and down on the concourse at various decisions, shout abuse and swear or any other number of minor club rules. But there not getting it in the neck! The club are supposed to be the bigger party, the thinkers, the considered lot here.
if your PR guy thinks its best practice to attack your customers i.e. The bill payers on Social Media and the press, rather than keeping it in the family then youve got big problems!
guess what? Young people dont always do what oldies and authority figures want, especially if they feel they have already been backstabbed!
It will great comfort to the guys in W7 to know you are on their side.

With the club giving this to The Record, and another director on twitter raging against the W7 cant help but thinking the club seem completely unable to avoid clusterf**king up the smallest of things that in reality, no one else in the world, including the police give a toss about..! Without the club and chairman issuing statements, talking to the media etc who else would have ever known about the banner?
feck me i was there and didnt even know about it till the club started shouting it from the rooftops. Was this really something the felt they had to criticise their own fans in the media about??? Has anyone got a clue about PR down there. What a f**king mess.
https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/local-news/st-mirren-chairman-hits-out-13271323
With all the information freely available on social media our club didn't have to give anything to anyone.
Anyone with a website could arrange "Saints fan warns on own supporters website of Club PR mess."
Would you then claim you had contacted that website?
Does the Daily Record claim they received the information from the Club?

John Witherspoon signatory to the American Declaration of Independence and would have been, but St Mirren hadn't been invented yet. Nice statue outside UWS though. Maybe we should start putting a scarf on it.
