United 1-0 Saints, half time.
Started reasonably well but fell out of it.
Poor possession and what's becoming a weakness from corners results in us being a goal down.
Every corner and cross ball is a potential goal against.
very very poor today!

A hard evening ahead - particularly if we are indeed without Gogic, O’Hara and BM.
With the games played this season/qualifiers - the gaps in the middle of the pitch, inviting teams on to us at times is our weakness, so these guys missing is an issue.
I’d take shulls pens prediction all day, as the windfall of cash from another leg would be as SR suggests ‘a game changer for us’

That dickhead who's commentating on Aberdeen TV must be watching another game it's not this one
Had to turn Aberdeen tv off and move to the saints Tv, it’s the worst commentary in a while, up their with C*ltic Tv

Will this game be broadcast on tv in any way for a those of use who can’t go? I’ve not found any details on the web about it
-
Will this be shown on tv or saints tv for those that can’t make an away game? I don’t see anything to suggest so
-
Shame they aren’t showing the games on saints Tv - but will watch here for updates
-
Could this mean Strain away?
-
Shaun Rooney joining Saints - was always a standout with the Fakes.
-
With the pressure off us and Hearts already guaranteed their place, I hope we go out, put on a good performance and get the result.
players and staff deserve a big applause at the end regardless
-
This is the first European venture in my lifetime. Can’t wait to see who we get and will do all I can to make the away game (I’ll be at the home tie).
-
When we stopped playing the ball in the modelled and allowed them to launch long balls - that’s the moment we lost the game. Once the first went in, it was telling

The main VAR referee tonight was Greg Aitken, who after his retiral from reffing, is the main VAR referee for the SFA. He should look for a new career after not checking that handball, but no doubt the SFA will just brush it under the carpet. The clubs are paying good money to have this facility but it is not fit for purpose and neither are the people that are currently implementing it.
Spot on!

We were poor tonight and a draw probably fair. However - I can’t get my head around ‘VAR not checking the handball only the shirt pull’.
As McFadden said ‘it’s inexcusable’ -
Thanks for the info folks

Think Robbo said in his interview that O'Hara and McMenamin should be back in the squad for tomorrow night, but Strain is still another couple of weeks away.
I actually forgot about McMenamin 😂😂

The manager, who I sometimes disagree with, has stated that LJ is maybe 1-2 years behind where he should be in terms of development. That leads me to believe that he is continuing to progress in training and doing what is required on the pitch as he is getting increasing amounts of game time.
I also think the recent success of Mandron is down to the players around him giving him the chance to be awkwardly effective.. I like that he is now trying everything from the attempts at perfect execution to the stabs at the ball where he gets a bounce or deflection that foxes the keepers. A good tactic when you consider how many good shot-stoppers there are in the league now.
Interesting view from SR, wonder ‘why’ he’s behind… I’d assume just game time? But interesting view nonetheless
-
Not heard much on this, how long he likely to be missing? May explain why he was soo off the boil for a while if he was carrying a knock.
-
I think this game is a tough one - always is up there. But if we can put in the same sort of performance v Hibs where we press from the first whistle, I’m sure we can come away with 3pts.
-
We played well tonight. MAndrons been good the last 2 games tbf. Kwon has been good since coming along, fresh energy in midfield and Gogic up there for player of the season. Very important 3pts
well done SR & the squad
-
Poor start. I didn’t see much in the Olusanya one in real time, keen to see it back.
-
O’Hara could have put us in a comfortable position, but to miss the target is inexcusable

This is our main problem. Baffles me!

Not bad 2 games he's cost us 5 points.
Tbf it’s more than that. Ross county was a man down - he should have been dropped 3 weeks ago. We are in a false position and only in top 6 coz the teams below us have a lot of games in hand. Will be 7th place in no time. We’ve been found out and unless SR drops out of form players our luck won’t change

Another absolute shocker from O’Hara today. What on earth has happened to him?
This! It’s not a one off. It’s been 6 or more weeks of utter dross from him.

Home from game now and have to say, we look poor.
I’ve said on here a few times but our central midfield positions are our weakness.
Smyth honestly, at times, looks like he’s never played football before.
Our squad is thread bare - could be doing with O’Hara, Boyd-Munce, Kiltie all the be fit, would really make a difference.
