Very enjoyable at the end. Lost a poor goal early, though a good shot. Never really looked like scoring and looked like Aberdeen,s time wasting would win it. To get two in injury time and see their faces was marvellous. Really really enjoyed that.

Arbroath come back from 2-0 down to win 3-2. Usual Championship entertainment on a Friday night. Goalie kept them in it then t hey fought back well. Gift for Dundee United. Raith must be gutted.

I seem to ask this every week. Why are we giving Scott a two year deal? Only positive tonight is we did not lose. Dreadful match. Standard is awful. Hardly a player on either side could trap the ball. Bad as we were we should still have nicked it. Another demonstration of why VAR should be binned.

Sorry arsehole I was perfectly happy with the performance. Those of us who pay large amounts of money to go to matches are getting fed up with seeing good goals cancelled for little reason. I realise it is not a huge problem for some tosser sitting in his living room or some hut outside. We were fine today. Much better than the opposition but that does not mean there are not problems with VAR .

On the third goal why did VAR even look at it? Referee up with play and saw nothing wrong with the challenge. Why do VAR even look at it? Matter of opinion if it was a foul. I actually thought it was but the fact the referee did not give it I cannot understand why it was checked. Surely they should only check offside something that is black or white. Not a matter of opinion.

I have always been 100% against VAR but even I would have to admit it would have worked tonight. Couple of offside decisions that were black and white . No matter of opinion just black or white. Ideal for a properly run VAR system. If they would just use it for matter of fact decisions and stop looking at ones which are a matter of opinion more people would accept VAR .

1-1 at half time. Thistle keeper should have done better at goal. Skill and pace level not of the highest quality but a pretty reasonable watch.

Dreadful result. Made a number of chances but finishing awful. Mandron missed a sitter as did Jamieson. Mandron is quite a good player but not a finisher. Was surprised when he took the penalty . Everyone around me immediately said , oh no he will side foot it, . Surprised Boyd Munce or even Gogic did not take the penalty and put their laces through it. Hopefully beat St Johnstone next week but convinced we will lose 1-0 at Ross County as well. Still have no idea why signed Scott on a two year deal as he has not been fit for years.

Almost 8000 at Starks Park tonight. 5000 expected at Falkir k tomorrtow. Scottish football might not be the highest quality but still entertains. Raith keeper makes great save in last few seconds and Raith h old out to win.

Raith have been really disappointing, basic, which covers the level of football.
Nothing to worry any team from the top league if they come up.
United are a bit better and have the resources to improve when they get promoted.

Yes I really enjoy the BBC coverage of t h e Championship. Also the Scottish Cup. Viaplay always show Celtic and Rangers so leaves the BBC to show the Best matches.

Just heard the sad news Malky has passed away. He had been unwell for a while and has now died. I do not have any other details at the moment.
