    Given that Ibrokes is being used for the Commonwealth Games over these dates I would imagine that they would need to shift games scheduled.

    The same will apply to Celtic and Queens Park given that Parkhead and Hampden are also being used for the Commonwealth games.

    I know we like to think there are OF, SPFL & SFA conspiracies, but I think in this case it is totally unfounded.

    So what makes them so sure that Scumgers will have home draws in these games ???

    I had a fantastic night last night at the Artisan restaurant in Wishaw where it was Whisky Tasting Night. A three course dinner and 6 whisky's for £35. 6 whisky's promptly became 8 when the host announced he'd brought along an extra two bottles for us to try for free as well and that became 14 when I had to help my girlfriend, who was driving, to finish her whisky cause it would be terrible to waste such good stuff.

    The host was from Douglas Laing and he brought along

    Auchentoshan 15 year old

    Old Particular Speyside 17 year old

    Scallywag

    Old Peat

    Cannae remember the other ones on account of the fact that by the time I'd had two each of them I'd started to teeter.

    There was one that had come straight from the cask that was delicious. It was only 5 years old too. I've no idea what that one was though.

    The next night is in September. Watch out for details on their Facebook page. The menu from last night is attached and I can vouch totally for the black pudding started and that f**king amazing Octomore Beef.

    Sounds like Gary Glitters last dinner party.

    Celtic supporting guy at work came back from lunch today to say that he had seen a rumour that David Beckham was going to buy St Mirren. He thought it was a serious rumour. Brightened up my afternoon as to how gullable fans of the ugly sisters are

    I see the same thing from a certain " Reem mate reem " on Facebook, plus Beckham plans Rio ferdinand as his priority signing for saints ! thumbup2.gif

    Never again, me and a few pals were once lucky to escape with our lives from Whitley Bay thugs. One of the

    worst experiences in my life, but much worse for one of my pals who can no longer walk. We had the wrong

    accents apparently. Avoid.

    Spent many a drunken night out on the town in Whitley Bay. Great place with great people. The only folk they seem to hate are Mancs & Mackems !

    Oh, come on! They get medicals. I once heard about a lad with a glittering career ahead of him until it was discovered his granny had a big wart on her arse.

    Given our past record with crocks, i`m sure you can understand my right to remain to be convinced.

    I wish the big Guy all the best & he will get my full support when he wears the strip .

    I fully understand he is here as No2 to kello & i will be more than happy if he proves my fears are unfounded.

    Sky trying to hype this up as fight of the fight of the century.

    I don't follow boxing but it seems another overhyped effort from Sky.

    Holding it at Wembley where it seems 78,000 people are paying for the privilege.

    Potentially Froch could earn close on £10m. ohmy.png

    I paid for a boxing match once on Sky, lasted 3 rounds, wasn't a happy bunny. mad.gif
