WE had a shot cleared off the line?
Seems to have been overlooked by many,.
Main hit the post too.
I seem to remember some of the "experts " in our support writing off Greive after his first few months with us.
Far too early to judge Offord.
Whether he makes it or not is still in the balance. I'll wait and see how he gets on between now and the end of the season.

Offord also had a shot cleared off the line.
Not bad for someone who wasn't "up for it".🤣

My mate knows this ref had him at boys club level said he was always pretty fair.
I also thought he had a good game today definitely did let game flow didn't try and be centre of attention like some(see Beaton's red card today).
Obviously red card was a missed call but in real time I'll give him benefit of the doubt but that situation showed VAR in a good light used exactly as it was meant to rectify a missed call by the ref.

Away.
Go and watch Sportscene and see how far away he was from it. Even Mr Magoo could have spotted it.
Like other refs he seemed to allow Main to be kicked all over the place.
On one of the few occasions that he did blow for main being fouled, Main had passed the ball to O'Hara who was running into the box. He should have played advantage, but instead blew for a foul.
He was better than some we've had, but it's hardly a high bar that has been set.

Thought he was excellant the whole game. Really impressed with a number of the young refs this season.
Excellent?
He missed the one big call in the game, despite being a few yards away and having a clear view of Edward's tackle, which was a total shocker.

Nah not having that. He did look a bit lost at times but certainly looked 'up for it'.
Indeed.
He was unlucky not to create a goal scoring chance for himself when he showed the a clean pair of heels to nick the ball off a Ross County defender.
With more minutes on the park at this level, he'll be a better player.

It also states that Ryan strain scored 7 goals in 22 games for his Youth team in what position I've no idea, But it's a better strike rate than Curtis Main and Tony Watt have ever had.
We could be sitting with a 3 million pound striker on our books and don't even know it
You should get on the blower to the board.
Could sort out our financial issues in one fell swoop.

You're funny......................how many minutes, never mind games, have the three you mentioned had "on" the park for us?
Brophy had 43, aye 43 appearances for us scoring an astounding SEVEN goals.
Indeed.
Quite a ridiculous comparison even for him.

I think the term most commonly used is "interim manager".

No you clearly missed the question, I was asked why I didn’t leave kibble. Kibble is quite good at providing care and support to YPs. Until recently that’s all we did, building training grounds? Not our specialty,
You said you were directly involved in the "omnishambles".
Another poster asked if you had any pride in your work, then why didn't you leave? Presumably the poster was asking this, as they assumed your direct involvement meant that you played a part in the "omnishambles".
You either were directly involved or weren't.
I don't have any doubt that your information is true.

Warrior Saint we were well in the game for 75 minutes to say we got absolutely rinsed is a nonsense if you think that would have ended 5-1 without the Ref giving them a hand you are kidding yourself.
Has someone hacked Elvis' account?

Ball was heading in to the goal. Had to be a red.
Did you miss Small standing behind him and blocking the ball?
Never a red in a million years.

Gallagher fit for this game, so Gogic back into midfield for Kiltie and we're sorted.

I purchased a cracking long leather coat from Jaffe, (not the shop in this picture, the one mentioned in the details below) paid it up over, god knows how long, was my pride and joy for years.
HIgh Street
Jaffa Furriers on the 'other' side of the Street (No.55 High Street) c.1957, most of us will remember the shop after they crossed the road to the shop with the big upstairs window, and probably as many of us had a Leather Jacket, or a Coat, which we'd pay up out of our wages....happy days !! We've not been able so far to find a photo of the second shop if anyone can help ?Bought a bikers jacket out of Jaffé when I was about 17/18.

We started a "half pint" pub crawl at the Clachan on Neilston Road, I stayed next door, and worked our way towards the town centre.
Sounded easy, but gulping a half pint in a minute or two in every pub soon took it's toll.
Not really sure where we ended up.
The football team that I used to run did a variation on that in the late 80's/early 90's.
It was a round of golf pub crawl. We all got a scorecard with each pub as a hole which was assigned as a par 3,4 or 5. A drink (pint/shot/bottle) was specified for each pub. Each sip/gulp counted as a stroke. So if a pint was downed in four gulps that was a four. Obviously the object was to score the least strokes.
We started in The Charleston and worked our way down Neilston road/Causeyside Street. 18 holes if I remember correctly.
Early bravado saw several "holes in one" being achieved at the start of the round, pints included. However, by the time we reached The Tea Gardens things had slowed a bit. When we reached the 15th "hole", which I think was Langs in Moss street, everyone was hammered and nobody could really remember what happened after that. There were a lot of phone calls (landline since mobiles weren't around in those days) the next morning trying to piece the latter part of the evening together.

I wouldn't set one foot into either one of the bigoted scum's grounds.

Ethan is now playing at lower level in terms of football. It's only to be expected that he's going to be a stand out.
He's been great for us this season at a higher standard of football. He's played very well against both of the old scum arse cheeks and Hearts. He's not going to come up against many, if any, teams of that quality down there.
Unfortunately for us, playing in England enhances his chances of a bigger move and his wages will be considerably higher too.

Just watched County v Hibs.
Great result for us. Two poor looking teams. Don’t see anything from Hibs to frighten us for Saturday.
Oh, and Brophy was honkin. Typical performance by him. Lots of headless chicken running about and a couple of stupid attempts at goal from impossible places that just cannoned off the nearest defender.
I watched it too.
I agree with your assessment.
I'd add that with Nisbet most likely injured their forward line looks pish.

Someone tried the Calum Waters thing on me 2 years ago and I bit like f**k and went off on one.
Fool me once...
I know.
I remember.

Oh you.[emoji6]Hearing we’ve agreed a deal with Kilmarnock to take Calum Waters until the end of the season. Definitely a position we need cover/competition in. Looks likely to be announced tomorrow to soften the blow of Erhahon’s departure announcement. Makes sense for all parties considering he’s been out the picture there recently.

Who will pay to buy the Kibble out or are there other options ?
I wasn't referring to The Kibble saying "goodbye"........................ At least they don't bore the shit out of you.
TBH I couldn't care less whether they stay or go.
