Complete news blackout and no communication coming out of 10000 hours suggests to me im not really important in all this, perhaps its close to completion, who knows? Does anyone really care except for the sellers? its a shame that representatives of 10000 hours were all over this forum at the begining yet are no where to be seen now. If i were in charge of a scheme requiring 100s of fans to part with money each month i would at the very least have kept in contact with those who have pledged. Ignore the fuds on here if you want but dont ignore me. even a newsletter emailed each month would be good. Maybe i expect too much? Last we heard, through div, was that RA couldnt explain anything that day because he was busy dealing with an IT outage at MAXI. how long ago was that?

Where is this post from div, ive missed it, can you quote it? only one i can recall on this subject was him briefly talking to RA but he was told that due to IT issues RA couldnt explain anything. that was a few days ago and surely the IT issue has been resolved?

you even have the attention span of an average old firm fan i see, go back a page or two and you may recall the excuse given by 10000 hours for not being able to give any updates.

dobber Maybe 10'000hours will come out of hiding some time soon then and we can get around to sorting out the mess of the matchday shop. perhaps the deal with JDs does bring in more money than Provans but wasnt the shirt deal separate and it was the commercial manager, CK, that negotiated that with suppliers like hummel, core, etc. leaving Provans to hold the stock and sell it?

Im aware that he is involved with other clubs but the fact remains due to our commercial dept terminating the contract he was forced to close the paisley side of the business. what we have in place is amateurish at best.

fs mate it was a rhetorical question, read between the lines. basically what im saying is that we recently appointed a 'commercial director' who, as far as i can see, has forced out a very good partner in provans who in turn had to close a town centre shop etc not to mention the state of the shop in its place. but hey, its all part of the community spirit of the CIC. o, and a red/black away top, this season anyway............

i think the criticism is justified though, the individual investor in this scheme (ie us) have been left totally in the dark in recent weeks. 10'000 hours were always happy to answer the daft questions on here yet now when there are serious concerns no one from 10'000 hours is around. why is that? Everyone keeps banging on about all the great moves that has been made since the new Commercial Director came on board but a red/black strip and some JD advertising around the place doesnt do it for me. just what else has actually improved? the biggest mess in all this is the total disgrace of the club shop, no one can disagree with that. Isnt this the responsibility of the commercial director or should we be hounding c.kennedy?

incorrect, i have spoke witha few supporters now who were pro-cic who now have concerns. i myself was one of the first to sign up and send off bank details only to receive an email weeks later saying they dont have it. this is despite personally delivering it to the glasgow office. if they have lost it i dont intend sending another. If it goes through and they find my details i will continue to be pro-cic. it is possible to be a member and have reservations about the scheme. As for the shop, ffs, a complete shambles and embarrasment, i have gave up checking on matchdays.
