    Yes, you are indeed missing something here. Michel Vorm is possibly the best keeper in the Premiere League, so Cornell is coming to us to gain competitive first team experience. He looks like being a major star of the future and I for one can't wait to see him turn out for us. My prediction is that he will be a fans' favourite within six weeks of the season starting.

    Or an instant fans favourite with a good showing against Morton,

    I'm hearing danny thinks Yacub is good enough. No new LB hope he's right! Any one seen enough of the boy to say.

    Not seen him play but I have faith in Danny Lennon. Was good enough to get picked up by Celtic and we have spent time developing him so makes sense to give him a go.

    Belfasts a great place to visit for the weekend. Much cheaper and friendlier than Dublin with good Pubs and decent places to eat.

    45 minute flight from glasgow for about 60 notes return and 100 quid will get you two nights in a decent hotel.

    3 months notice is a bit different to 2 YEARS notice which is essentially what this is.

    Yes but if f**k up and make a howler or don't perform I get bagged with no pay off and in all likely wont get a job at same level as my reputation would be in tatters.

    A footballer at least has the 2 year contract and is paid up to the 2 years even if they turn out to be shit (same for managers!!)

    I signed a contract of employment that states I have to give a minimum of 3 months notice if going to work for another company not in direct competition or 6 months notice if going to join a company that is a direct competitor of which 3 months is on garden leave. I wouldnt expect them to relax the rules due to me changing my mind.

    Everyone signs contracts knowing their commitments, why should Richard Britain be any different? He knew he commited to the legnth of contract to fakes unless they decide to sell him. No sympathy for him

    Ehats the panick about being short of a goal keeper and left back? Does anyone seriously believe that we will be starting the season having not recruited in these positions? Danny Lennon is as entitled to a break like the rest of us as are players, even out of contract players go away and may be considering options whilest on holiday.

    Start of next week is when all the activity will start, till then stop panicking!

    John Sutton is expected to leave Hearts as a result of the club entering administration. (Herald)

    Any update on Aberdeens interest in him? Would be a cracking signing and still holds a soft spot for us I think.

    I don't really think that Sutton would be that great a signing. Was a good player for us but I don't see why we always look at former players to come back to us. Rather have a player in the mold of Isma playing off Thompson than Sutton.

    Whats so good about today? I am at work, its raining there is no football on over the weekend and nothing to do but shopping and stuff about the house. Think your correct Shull he is a bucketgub.

    Now 17th of March I had not slept on the 16th, was tired, my flight on had been delayed I was thinking I ws going to miss the supporters bus, was stressed by the time I had arrived at Hampden, was bursting for a piss. 20 minutes in I was sitting feeling depressed.....then suddenly we seemed to wake up and I thought we can do this Isma scored I was happy after that the rest was history and your right Shull it turned out to be the happiest day of the year!

    Yes I have an hr consultant who turns up to work stinking of horses. I pulled her up one day on the state of her shoes and jacket and asked if she could change before coming to work . Could have fell off my chair when she said she had done and the shoes and clothes were clean. Manky cow.

    I do not support the BNP but have lived in England for many years now. To label Stuart Pearce scum due to his brothers views is bonkers.

    I have many English friends and never had any issues from English people who don't mind I'm Scottish.

    Will watch the Scotland England game in August in the pub with English folk and will enjoy good hearted banter.
