Afraid not, he's another Pressley. Overrated and failed totally on his own in England, no excuses. Derek Adams is an example of a manager with talent, done brilliant job at Plymouth, not that he'd come to us !.
Maybe we'd get McIntyre and Dodds
Adams got the bullet from Ross County and Robbie Neilson's Hearts outfit strolled to the championship title. One bad experience with a struggling English club doesn't render Neilson a failure.

not acceptable, cheating is simply wrong ..........end of!
It didn't seem to bother the relevant Scottish football authorities when old firm players like Nakamura and John McDonald used diving to earn a living.

Does he count as a striker?
He can play as a winger or up front. Certainly fits the bill for the type of player Jack likes to work with.
-
Does Hyppolyte count as a foreigner ?

Did Allan Johnston really say pre match that the only difference between ourselves and the Pars is that we have Morgan ? So Cammy Smith 12 goals Reilly 21 goals not to mention the rest of the team contributing towards making us the leagues top scorers is just a myth ? What a f**king balloon Johnston is.

A player i noticed at cappielow a couple of weeks back, was the lad Gary Oliver, thought he was the best player on the park, he played really well again yesterday, just watched the TV highlights. What do you think anyone ? ?
I'm sure he's related to Jim Duffy possibly his nephew and that's why he signed on at cappielow. Alex Rae tried to sign him for us from QOS but he chose Morton through the family connection.

Have to disagree about "competing' in the first half, Aberdeen moved it quickly, they were stronger in All the challenges and should have been further ahead. I think its fortunate they werent firing on all cylinders or we might have got a real doing!
We lost 5-0 to the jags in the league cup and it had absolutely no bearing on our league form that’s taken us 8 points clear more than half way through the season. We can worry about competing with the second best team in the country, if and when we get promoted. The gulf in standard is something that Jack Ross will use as a measure of where we want to be if we achieve what we set out to do by gaining promotion.
Give me a league title party over a cup win any time.
-
I might also add as a fan watching this team that there is a visible bond on display in every game that we play. Aside from the cup win in 2013 the last time we saw the players so united was probably the millennium championship and the 2005-6 teams. Something special happening with so many special players it's difficult to pinpoint one outstanding player, as every single one of them give us their all in every game.

Not confined to Motherwell supporters.
I can't decide who would be the player of the season but the most improved is, by a country mile, Baird.
Bairdy has come on leaps and bounds this season, and now that he's paired with Harry Davis THE best centre back in this division then it can only get better for Jack.
-
Special mention for big Sammy, who we were told by a never ending stream of Motherwell supporting clowns that he was hopeless. The big man has been outstanding for the majority of this season, long may that continue as he is obviously loving his football and has a genuine love of this club.
-
Josh Mullin would be quite a capture for us as he's a very good young player who has always impressed against Saints. Motherwell credited with a definite interest in Mullin.

Gregor Buchanan has been let go by mutual consent
Training with Livingston apparently. Decent big centre back but was always going to be 3rd or 4 th choice

Having a wee chuckle at the poster who thinks Quitongo is a better player than a half fit Danny Mullen.
A fully fit Danny Mullen will score twice as many goals as Quitongo.
Danny Mullen ran O'Ware and the other donkey ragged first half yesterday. Quitingo was ineffective apart from throwing an elbow at our captain.

Jeez that makes even less sense..!
Or is it the case that anyone that speculates on any player from any club that we could sign, does indeed have a 'Ross Agenda' pmsl....
You've just confirmed what everyone else thinks, that you do indeed have an agenda. I reckon it's the vast majority of posters who are "pmsl " at your attempt to be relevant while trolling your fellow supporters.

Errr... i think youll find Smith was an Aberdeen player, and Reilly was at Hearts. But dont let those facts get in the way
Errr the point still stands and well you know what I meant, but don't let the facts get in the way of your Jack Ross agenda.

Erwin only coming on/starting seven times for Kilmarnock doesnt inspire much confidence. Clarke obviously doesnt fancy him.
McKinnon didn't fancy Cammy Smith at Dundee Utd Ross County didn't want Ian McShane Dunfermline didn't rate Sir Gavin Reilly ? Your point caller ?

No point in going for the likes of Connor Sammon, he's not very good and it would further confuse Alex Rae in regards to which club he actually plays for.
-
Has LPM not started a thread about why Jack Ross hasn't managed to stop it snowing in Paisley.
-
Hippolyte would be a fantastic signing he ticks all the boxes in what would be the type of winger that Jack Ross could get the best out of. Austin seems to have lost his way at Falkirk. Not unexpected with a total moron like Hartley at the helm. I would take a chance on both players given how well Jack and James have done with players who have been in similar circumstances with previous clubs.

You know you've hit the 'sweet spot' of denial when so many seem unable to accept so small an observation.
Referencing the club website first team squad forwards it shows of the seven forwards listed, Ross only plays two, of the rest, one is injured (again) and one he didnt sign. The numbers speak for themselves.
What is your agenda with Ross ? The last time I looked at the top of the championship, St Mirren were in pole position, that my friend blows your agenda clean out of the water.
-
The team as one were caught cold for the first goal, win and lose as a team, no point in blaming individuals for goals lost.
-
Great signing by Jack Ross, Danny has always impressed when playing against us for Livi. Looking forward to seeing Danny & Gav tearing up the championship.
St Mirren give Barnsley permission to speak to JR

What does a small fan base have to do with losing a game of football ? Dumbarton have successfully overachieved for years by surviving in the championship with a fan base of around 500. We had an off day and shit happens, we are 11 points clear at the top of the league and light years away from the abomination side that Jack inherited from Rae. Get some perspective and keep the faith in the best manager we've had for years.
