Aye, that's right, Morgan would sign for Accies or Livi, as that is obviously a step up from playing for us. FFS.

Actually he has a point.  Your reaction is entirely predictable.

I firmly believe that we are indeed a bigger club then Accies or Livi, of course I do but other people outside of "the Paisley bubble" do not.  Why would they?  Most men of working age do not remember the last time we finished in the top half of Scotlands top division.  They will remember our club dispensing with manager after manager but finishing in the top half of the top division, no.  You see our club have not been well run for a long time hence the reason why we have achieved very little since the 1980's.  Contrast our performance over that time with say...St Johnstone.  Now thats a club who are well run and have enjoyed much of the successes that our fans were starved of for so long.  Add Kilmarnock into the mix and we have been positively eclipsed by those around us.

We are seen as small club, a small club who try and repeatedly fail and that is because since the eighties that is largely all we have done.

  2. Perhaps you should tell us about it.  You see I wouldnt wipe my shitty sphincter with the Dailly Mail let alone click on a link taking me to the Dailly Mail website thus boosting the website traffic and assisting with advertising income.

The Dailly Mail,. The Sun, The Dailly Record and The Scotsman are all in the "wouldnt wipe my shitty sphincter with" category.

With Shankland now having scored three times more goals than our whole team by September!, being touted for a full Scotland debut as well as tracked by the OF and clubs down south...

How does the decision to splash out on signing McAllister stack up, given in his own words he expects to be carrying his injury/ fitness problems for as long as he plays?

Wasn't it obvious who we should have signed?

That post of yours boils my piss.  Well it would but you know......

My piss has been boiled, boiled it has been indeed

Have the organisers announced how successful the appeal has been?

They were going to, in fact I believe they were going to announce it on this very thread.  However they read the hateful, childish, bickering and decided against it.

In other news what I just said was utter pish but dearie me the f**ktards are in full swing, the f**ktards are in full swing indeed.

  5. The Labour party are the epitomy of shame in modern day politics.

From old Anthony "the liar in parliament" Blair to daft Gordon "wannae buy some cheap gold" Brown to Jeremy "lets pretend the anti semitism isnt real" Corbyn I must say it takes a special, very special type of idiot to vote Labour these days.

The Tories are bastardo's but it must be said they make no attempt to hide it, Labour are a far more dangerous and vile beast.  They pretend to be "the good guys" but are in fact the most dangerous, power hungry, idiot ridden party of them all.  In all honesty I would rather see Morton beat us in a Scottish cup final than see those treacherous b*stards ever preside over me and my family again.

So in case I have not made myself clear, I am no fan of Labour and I simply have no faith in anything anyone from the Labour party says ever,

PS Diane Abbott as home secretary, are you having a laugh?  Q)  Whats 8 x 8 Diane  A) Turnips

The company has debts of over £1bn, huge operational costs AND a staggering £1.5bn loss from the first 6 months of the financial year.

They are finished. No way should any more money be thrown at them. Whoever allowed them to rack up that sort of debt needs to be barred from holding office IMO.

Not necessarily, Thomas Cook owns its own airline.  That can (and most likely will) be hived off from the business and sold.  They are not dead yet, however I would liken them to the job prospects of a Morton supporter, slim to nil.

That crossed my mind, £1.5 BILLION in debt, like to see a breakdown where that money went.

You can easilly.  Thomas Cook are listed on the FTSE index and have been for many years.  Allthe financial reports are available, just need to ignore the EBITDA figures as they mean nothing to anyone except vulnerable people with cash to fritter.

As someone who owns a share or two I (like many others who follow the markets) have been aware of Thomas Cook's huge debt pile for many a year now.

  8. I read this thread 20 mins ago and I was going to reply then but alas I needed a poo.

Touching cloth I made my way to the bathroom, pondering our teams chances.  Sitting on the pan, defecation now in "full slip" I started to give this matter real thought.  With my sphincter loosened and the pleasant enlightment occuring my mind was cast over the strength and depth we have in each area of the squad.  With the pan now full I had already pondered my contentment in the goal keeping dept and I was through the full backs and centre halves also.  Wiping away I thought in detail about the midfield, the options, the dynamic (and how Sam Foley rhymes with big Toley).  All was going well until I stared into the defecate and paper filled pan, tugging lightly on the flush as I thought of the striking options and our apparent weakness in attack.

Backside suitably wiped, hands washed (of course, Im not from Greenock), pantaloons and trousers back in place I shuffled my way back to the PC to join this pleasant conversation.

Anyway, the squad appears decent but after a terrific result vs Aberdeen, the team have been as rotten as the smell  in my cludgie for the next 5 minutes.  Personally I hope to see a lot more of Danny Mullen.

As usual we are being dissapointed, it really is the norm!

  9. The forum is a far more pleasant place when the illiterate scumbags are herded together in the sin bin.

I will never understand the pathetic need to squabble constantly and it wears me down.  However with the halfwits detained in the "idiot corner" known as the sin bin I must admit I have enjoyed navigating this little forum of ours more than I have of late.

Damn all the sinners to Greenock, damn them to Greenock indeed.

  10. In what year did well known St Mirren forum user Shull get released from the sin bin for the final time?

    a)  a date yet to be specified but several months after his obituary* appeared in the Paisley dailly express.

*The obituary would also become  trivia in its own right as possibly the most frugal.  Since the price was £5 for the first 5 words and £1 for every word thereafter, the PDE famously printed "Shull's deid, taxi for sale"

The pie sales at the simple digital arena were unaffected by his demise.

Kirky can play at left-back if required. Cammy MacPherson can play right-back.

I understand where you are coming from with regards to age, though the difference between Kirky and GMack, is that the latter has had ongoing injuries for most of his career, whereas Broadfoot hasn't.

He did have an unfortunate burn incident and end up with "egg on his face"!!!!

Anyway I will stop being so utterly hilarious for a moment and ask.....has he signed yet?

It would be rather embarrassing if the deal fell through with young Jack already off to ply his trade in the land of heroin, incest and Labour voters.

That would be embarrasing, embarrasing it would be indeed.

Ricky is the all time greatest St Mirren supporting bullshitter.

Zzzzweep07 obviously sweeps the board as the biggest ever bore in the world of St Mirren.

    And probably anywhere he goes.

And if St Mirren was a Village, the Houston Halfwit, Shooglie Douglie is the fecking idiot.

Is this the saddest, most pathetic post in forum history?

Evil things happen when good people stay silent.  Well Shull you are nothing but a bully and I hope your stint in the sin bin is long for you are doing everything you can to ruin this forum.

Anyway, to pick myself up from the very low level that Shull has brought me.......

St Mirin, when not sleeping in thy Lord at paisley, what was his favourite three past times?

    1) Running up and down a brae (later St Mirren's brae)

    2)  Drinking Ale and Porter in the Terrace bar

    3) Donating his bodily fliuds to the poor for sustinence during famine and Wednesday.

Very impressed with him, very impressed with the other new signings, very impressed with last seasons players. Things look like they’re coming together. Evidence is growing that we have had a very successful summer of recruitment.

Well done to GLS, Gus, Goody, Lee & all else involved, keep up the good work.

I shall assist you by giving you a succint quote that sums up what you are trying to say....

Very impressed today, very impressed indeed
