    Its not over the top its a reaction to the performance we put in. We were terrible against Hamilton and couldn't finish our chances against Motherwell. It may be two games in but its the pattern we see every season and its so frustrating. Players looked like they didn't care on Wednesday. I'm angry because I'm passionate about St Mirren that's also the reason I 'bother' with football. Everyone can say stay positive, thats fine but at some point we have to say get the feckin finger out we've done this for 8 years in this division. Give us a team that can push up the league for godsake.

    People are saying its only two matches in but its the exact same pattern we repeat every season. People have every right to be angry we were terrible last night and couldn't finish the job on Saturday, completely agree with the thread bring in some experience or we'll be having this conversation all season.

    He didn't play well last night same as Kenny and when they don't turn up unfortunately St Mirren don't turn up. I thought he was a bit greedy on the ball, at one point he beat couple players but instead of trying a simple pass he took on the third and lost the ball. Caught in possession a few times before that but to be fair to him he wasn't getting the service and every time he got the ball Hamilton had two guys on him straight away. Was it him that burst into the box when we were 2 down then squared the ball back only for it to be blasted over instead of shooting himself? My eyesight is horrific.

    Haha I just told my mate (*** fan) about this thread and he nearly wet his scants. Says he'll become a saints fan if he signed.... Well we all know how fickle OF farms can be lol.gif I didn't want to kill his buzz by saying it'll more than likely be bollocks.

    He bites who he wants for whatever team he wants.... So does anyone have an idea what kind of punishment ban he can expect? For example you know in our league if you appeal it your available for the next game but then the ban can be extended? Lets be honest he should just be kicked out, can jump on the England teams flight back. rolleyes.gif

    Oft heated debate! Just put in some of my points to why I'm voting Yes (not to change or influence anyone just a few bits of information that have came out that I think shows Yes is the sensible and best option for oor Scotland)

    1. New investment in North Sea oil, one of the largest and most technically advanced oil rigs has recently been given the green light reflecting in a 1 billion pound investment in North Sea oil (or an investment of £181 per every man woman and child in Scotland) This is one of only three large agreed exploration sites in the North Sea in the last 5 years and more than likely more to come.
    2. Recent discussions about New railway lines and motorways in England that as it stands right now we will have to pay part of the bill for under the unions department of transport authority (I know through devolution as it stands this isn't clear cut but money will come from Scottish incomes and tax payers)
    3. Vast renewable energy sources (24% of European waters in Scottish territory) Even if the oil only has 100 years left would you base a vote on technology of 1914? of course not, we have huge potential to be a green country that creates enormous amount of renewable energy and the oil income if coming just through Scotland could subsidize this.
    4. As above with the European waters in Scottish territory mean our fishing income is greatly higher than the UKs lets not forget tourism income as well.
    5. And probably the simplest of them all, a democratic Scotland where we get the government we vote for. Governments that policies will be for the demography of Scotland not just to pander to London and 'risk share' our tax and other incomes.

    I kinda see the vote as a no brainer because of the above. Scotland will be part of the EU as well because of some of the above income sources and in regards to retaining the pound, it wouldn't concern me either way.

    Bad move for him, will be one season then he'll not be first choice when they get back to the premier league next year trying to challenge Celtic. Short term financial gain then he'll end up on the scrap heap probably picked up by a mid table championship team after a couple of years. Would probably say he's best going to Hearts Dundee or staying put.
