This is no new development.....When it looked like we were slipping out the 1st Div I called the club to register my concern. My number was taken but i expected no more.... SG called me and left me in no doubt....."Do you want a Fcukin club to support??"......Since then I have paid attention to the money in and out of the club as this was my moment of enlightenment that football money dosn't grow on trees!

Och don't worry about him too much it can happen to anyone.. he will be as right as rain in no time. There used to be a guy on here telling everyone to keep the faith but now sounds almost suicidal with depression as he sees no way out for his team other than the usual sack the manager and a few players to boot..... I am willing to back up your point of never suggesting this Newco/ St Mirren deal should go ahead, It would take a blind man not to see this would be in the interests of Craig Whyte to secure SPL status after liqudation. The point I made was SG would never let this happen for any amount of money as the club would die. As we read between the lines of his statement it is VERY clear what he thinks. Taking his actual words there is a sentence which says if there is any "risk" to the future of the club then it's NO DEAL!.....Ken can cancel his new London lawyers now and save some money cause he will always represent a risk. A statement from Ken McGeoch is needed but until then I am more than willing to back our greatest ever Chairman...over to you Ken and your supporters on here(not many mind)

Stuart Gilmour can't say that Stuart and you know it!. Ken McGeoch has been working with Gary Withey??/ ......The man who disappeared from a burning wreck of a club AND Law company. Game over for the Whyte/ McGeoch plan now and he should certainly get his chance to speak at the AGM before being booted into the fire and never darken our door again. The talks between him and Collier Bristow would have taken place months before the bid was made. It's really simple HSS....He was fronting a bid for Craig Whyte to buy St Mirren and get them back to the SPL after liquidation. Can I make that any more clear for you??

Yes......Ken McGeogh it was. He had a choice of hundreds of "reputable" lawyers to appoint and chose Collier Bristow . He had a choice of partners and selected Gary Withey . Remember this story is BEFORE Craig Whyte was outed!. Mr McGeogh has now parted company with this law firm and has appointed a new London firm to carry on with his bid .....Don't darken our door again Ken ..you have been rumbled big time by a bit of due dillegence and by a Chairman who is not WILLING to be duped!...And for the record Collier Bristow have been involved for a long time in a legal battle for using clients money and are facing a £50 million bankrupcy. ...BEFORE either Mr Whyte or Mr McGeoch employed them. ...Craig Whyte= Ken McGeoch..

I think as we are finally at the stage where a bid can be made for the club, the (good) points you have continually highlighted can now be properly addressed. One thing will be true though......Any form of a cic model can NEVER be sold to Rang*rs or any other asset stripers at any time in the future and for me that is the biggest plus of all.
