In both cases they will have their tail between their legs and need help. The information about what clubs like us and the rest will seek to do is already written between the lines. The mighty Ran*ers will yield no power and a gang of 10 can't wait!

Range*s can't exist even as a new co without Ibrox. Interesting 2nd point in that the power for deals will shift from 2 OF against the rest...... to us (provincial clubs ) having real power!.....Now do you think the carve up of money will be the same or will Ran*ers be willing to split it more evenly?

Craig Whyte has a reputation below the depths of Hell. Duff and Phelps have shown themselves as a company (world wide) as the same with that signature. They will be asked by the press and can mumble all they like as to what contract was offered to Cousin but don't lose sight that eveything changes when they come in and NOTHING! would have stoped them from tearing that contract up. A Craig Whyte led Administration with his pals which will end in tears for both him and them. Duff and Phelps have made a huge mistake!

That's the point...you see I do and have been involved in it a few times. ....You don't have any knowlege of it and I know Range*s will be fine as Insolvency for a £60 million asset club dosn't even exist. Just one thing more Dibbles......You fail to take into account the millions in tax that Rang*rs pay every season and HRMC will take that into account in either folding the company or having a new owner paying a similar amount

HMRC know they can't get £59million from Rang*rs. that's not the point of the action. Any clever people on here know why Rang*rs are conceding the case and are willing to admit defeat?
