The chicken was a fresh peace of breast not a frozen processed. served with salad. been here a few times the girls have that trailler absolutely spotless. Food is good quality, used It a few times during the week at work. Had a cheese burger there last week, proper butchers burger, no frozen or shite quality horse meat. The only burger stall I've been to where they religiously wash their hands after handling raw meat. Almost every where else picks the meat up to fry it them goes straight for your roll. They also check the meat is cooked properly with their wee probing thermometer device, something you don't see very often if at all elsewhere.
