Unfortunately circumstances out-with my control have meant I have had to make the decision to leave. It’s been honour being manager of Darvel FC, but my greatest honour has been representing the community. When I made the decision to join the club I was committed to creating a vehicle for the whole community. I pledged the day that I left the club, it would be in a far greater position than when I arrived. I hope I have delivered on that promise. I couldn’t have anticipated how much I would have fallen in love with everyone in the town, I hope we have made you proud. And lastly, can I ask you to come out and support the players in the last 4 games. We have all been blessed to have such great people wear our strip and represent the club and town.
