eric cartman Posted June 1, 2005 Report Share Posted June 1, 2005 After getting the new and improved Messenger, I wanted to try out the handwriting section. Then it told me I hadn't got the update that is required. I went to try to retrieve the update and it told me I needed xp service pack 2. I HAVE xp service pack 2. Then after page after page it told me i had to validate my copy of XP, fine. It tells me I have a problem validating it, I called the company I purchased the PC from they assured me it is fine and ok, I was told it was probably just a problem on that web page.
