I could believe that, but I'd have to dismiss any notion that there was no contact between Aberdeen-Saints-Robinson before last week.  Looking at the touted people, Naysmith is prominent but i think hard to get before the end of Srenny's season given how they are placed so i'd say he's less likely to be our manager next week and we will be running with what we have until the end of the season if he is appointed.
