  1. Fair play to the guys who fancy it, need to have a lot of spare time on your hands.
  2. What about running the connection through the mains?
  3. Sid, just sign the f**king form.
  4. Just cos you say it's fair enough doesn't mean it is…
  5. I only just posted a direct debit form away last week. I assume I don't need to complete this electronic form as I'm a new pledger?
  6. http://www.paisleydailyexpress.co.uk/renfrewshire-sport/2012/05/31/late-bidders-make-their-move-for-saints-87085-31080317/ Story from Fitzy in the PDE today also, not online yet though.
  7. You're kinda right Sid. GLS isn't the main creditor, the selling consortium is. GLS will however be the main creditor once the consortium have received their money, not loans from social funders.
  8. Bastard, forgot I was dingying you
  9. You wouldn't be cheeky at all, I could ask him but I think he has a few questions to answer as it its.... Just thought I would ask on here to see if anyone else had already asked the question. Reason I was curious is that it would be good to have a SMISA member on the board. A SMISA member could be nominated to be a "Non executive director" and a good chance of a SMISA member getting on the board of the football club. My reading is that the 1877 benifits would be given to SMISA at no cost as they already hold >1877 shares?
  10. Ok, thanks for that. What about the 1877 members benifits? Has anyone asked if SMISA will get them? Just curious.
  11. Somner, since SMISA already have 1877 shares is it not the case that they get all the 1877 club privileges? Has this question been asked? Just interested to know if they will get this as stated on 10000 hours site. Cheers.
  12. That's a good point, I'm sure there are a few SMISA members with completed direct debit forms.
  13. Great advice Sid, that's why this is my last reply to you on this thread.
  14. I'm not. It's a forum for opinions isn't it? Last I checked GLS was more than capable of speaking for himself and I'm sure if Somner asked him the questions directly GLS would answer. Hence the reason I asked " how come you haven't asked Gordon Scott?"
  15. How come you haven't asked Gordon Scott?
  16. Read my post. Did I claim that? No. The point is RA isn't trying to take anything away from what's already there.
  17. What's your point? As a company We spent around £65k over a 3 year period with St Mirren and we have never had a single phone call asking us to pledge or try and sell us anything to do with the CIC. It would be easy for RA (Commercial Director) to get the figures of all the businesses who have spent a fair bit supporting the club in recent years and phone them first in an attempt to get big bucks out of them for the takeover but he hasn't. He obviously doesn't want the CIC to have an adverse effect on the commercial revenue the club already gets. So who care if all of this money doesn't go to the club.
  18. PDE "International parties" showing interest. That's what I was hinting at yesterday. Former Livingston director Angelo Massone and another Eastern European group. Still fancy the roll of the dice? Get behind the best option on the table as the club will be sold.
  19. You failed to read my answer yesterday… I edited while you posted a picture of yourself.
  20. The club will be sold to either the co-op thingy or a private bidder and there's slim to zero chance of the private bidder being a Saints fan or having fan involvement like the co-op thingy. The co-op is still very much on and is far more likely to last the distance now GLS is on board. I find it astonishing that some people would prefer to roll the dice with a private bidder than back the co-op, it's got to be the best option on the table.
