I think that's true but surely SG & co have to put all differences aside for the sake of the club this is the best offer they are going to get and it will keep the club in the hands of the fans

Of course Gordon Scott did make an offer straight away after the club went up for sale but was knocked back as was under the BOD's valuation .....

This is extremely encouraging and exciting news and I like that we have the figurehead of Gordon Scott behind it who has the best interests of the club at heart Onwards and upwards and I'm sure this will get the backing of the majority of St Mirren fans

What we know is that teale was manager of a team that got relegated and burchill kept a team up against all the odds ....He's agreed a new contract at livi in principle but not signed he's expected to sign this on Monday , so perhaps we have nipped in just in time ...

Slightly different from teale in the fact that he kept a team who were bottom and deducted points in the league , he's currently out of contract

Could be Interesting choice , in the mould of plucking a manager form lower league ie Lennon & Hendrie, done a good job with Brechin and was also involved with sfa technical director

As much as I don't like billy Reid he does fit the criteria , wasn't afraid to blood young players in a very successful 7 years at Hamilton where he brought in 5 million in transfer fees , we don't have to like the manager we just need a manager that can rebuild the club and I suppose he could .....
