i missed a night out last night so tonight i am going to my dads to see the babies (my 2 neices) for a bit then im going to have a great big glass of red - you have no idea how much i need it!!!

not a guid day yesterday! bottle of wine and 2 bottles of gaymers berry cider - not as guid as koppaberg but did the trick - all demolished within an hour! its a bugger when you let things get to you isnt it!!! nothing today!
