    Go into the program files and you can change chairman status, player ratings, bank balance, wipe out the debt, even put yourself in as a player.

    Chris Burke did a good job for me but kept getting injured, as did Steven Whittaker. You should also try trawling the premiership teams for young players. I had Ben Sahar and Morten Neilsen from chelsea. After a season or 2 they were dynamite!
