  1. I let you have the last word. You replied to a post I made that in no way referenced or was about you. Now you feel the need to draw me back into an active engagement with you. You are SO needy, petty and childish.
  2. Overlay so? πŸ€πŸ˜‚πŸ˜œ
  3. This thread was appropriate for a current discussion about a recent statement by a club representative on the subject.
  4. " telling me what I meant when I'm telling you what I actually meant is ridiculous. " Yet you know better than I do what I said and the intent behind it! You repeatedly tell me what I meant and what I think. They don't like it up em Captain Mainwaring! Hypocrite, as evidenced clearly yet again... By you yourself! Alanis Morissette could learn so much from you about irony! Isn't that ironic. Don't you think?
  5. He's now amusing himself by stealing your patter and passing it off as his own. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  6. I concur. Re your thoughts that "Finally @BuddieinEK I do think you are being disingenuous when you deny that your rationale for raising this was just to have a go at Baz." Not being disingenuous as I didn't raise the issue "just to have a go" at the one I will mention not. "At the very least you took great delight in it." Correct. Not going to deny that. Nail. Head. I read the report. I wanted to share it. I looked for an appropriate thread rather than start a new one. I read back to see if this thread was the most appropriate one. A dig seemed most appropriate in the grand scheme of things, but it was a secondary consideration and I wasn't overlay (sic) concerned if it was ignored or responded to. He was and remains no more than an afterthought. "Here endeth my tuppence." Worth a shilling at least 😜
  7. From day 1 my opinion was that it WOULD cost us money in the short term, but that the long term loss of our next generation of supporters would cost us infinitely more. A 4% drop is a massive success and way better than we could have dared hope for. The benefits will be huge going forward.
  8. No. It is very believable that you see it that way.
  9. I fully accept that we disagree and that despite my positive outlook aligning with that of the majority of fans who voted; the club; the club SLO's; and the vast majority of fans posting on here... You are within your rights to focus on the negative aspects as you see them; to attack anyone who disagrees (almost everyone else in this thread), and to deflect at every opportunity. I remember when you were good at it.
  10. "desperately brought this back up." πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ In a very positive and optimistic post, I shared the positive and optimistic post of the SLO, an official club representative. In amongst a review of many positive measures, he referenced his delight at the success of the reclamation of the Family stand for our own supporters, despite many outside our club wishing it to fail. Since then, I have reposted his review of events on an attempt to return to some positivity. YOU, Mr Ironic Moany, keep railroading the thread in a desperate attention seeking manner, insisting that everyone else is wrong; you are the only one who is right; and even the club representative has erred in his optimism... After all... We are all moaners except you, our resident ray of sunshine! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  11. "Overlay" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ To think that you called other fans *St Moan*, yet that's all you have done because the club hasn't followed your wishes and the SLO has praised the progress made! Boo boy! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  12. Worth bumping up... Official stance from the club... Very encouraging and gives hope going forward... Update from our SLO John White on Facebook... Saints Attendances Show 12% Increase on last season – So Far ! Based on home league games so far this season, when comparing the attendances against the same teams previously shows an increase overall of 12% Much to the disappointment of some outwith our club, our game against Celtic only showed a mere decrease of 4%, every other game shows an increase, the largest being the game against Livingston with an incredible 42% increase over last seasons two game average. These increases are undoubtedly down to many aspects of the positivity around our club this season and the commitment of everyone involved. Sparked by the one stand decision and the efforts of everyone at the club, staff, board, manager and players. New initiatives this season by the club such as engaging with schools, youth groups, kids ticket deals, street stuff, help a buddie etc etc all played their part. Not forgetting the sub contract businesses all providing a service to your club. As well as the official club initiatives the many volunteer groups have all been driving towards the same cause. These volunteer groups deserve every credit and SMiSA, Marching On, W7, SMDSA, Stadium Volunteer Squad, Front Door Team, Travel Clubs, Fans Council and Pre Match Entertainment are seeing their dedicated efforts over the past few years beginning to bear fruit. Is this 12% increase good ? It's no bad but we’re not there yet. We want to target at least a 20% increase by the end of this season As your Supporter Liaison Officers' we want to thank everyone for their undying commitment towards Growing Your Club and for the support and feedback we have received. Keep Up The Good Work Everyone figures taken from footballwebpages,co.uk John White / John Allison / Karin Pointon
  13. Reminded me of someone. πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜‚
  14. This is no place for reasoned debate or eye witness factual accounts. Baz knows better. Always.
  15. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ You and your bestie deserve each other. Turn about for the brain cell? πŸ˜‚
  16. Just as importantly, it is visionary in that it is securing a fanbase for future generations rather than pandering to the big two at our own longer term expense.
  17. "As for your incentives point, of course they work to an extent, I never denied it. " Liar. "If it was that easy, other clubs would be doing it." Repeated mantra
  18. Oh dear Baz.... How much humble pie can you eat? Turns out incentives work, despite you insisting that if it was that easy every club would be doing it! 19. Not difficult at all. Apologies. Bully boy started it as always. He has issues.
  20. Typical playground bully. Hit and hide. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  21. You need a new braincell. The existing one is lonely. Twat.
  22. I recently suggested we pay respect to Sir Alex Ferguson. Shot down in flames. McGarvey is well worth our respect and recognition... But guaranteed some twats will have a long held grudge.
