Offer him a pay as you play deal and do the same with Joseph Yobo, he's 34 now but could offer great experience for a fair wage. Just 3 guys who will be desperate to play and we could offer a platform, plus they are miles better than the guff we have just now

The only urgency with st Mirren just now is the urgency to gift teams f**king goals. Get a manager in place on Monday, get the players we have in mind signed up and FFS get some fight into this squad. The feeling was we needed an experienced manager and we all knew we needed a couple of defenders and strikers, it's nearly mid January and we are still pissing about on both fronts
