Key is that it does not require the 49% to act as a whole. My small shareholding or anyone elses is enough to enable an official action (which would be expensive and is a hurdle to a complaint) against only an ownership of 51% and the one thing 10000hours experience did teach many fans is what to look out for regarding ownership.

The German and Swedish 50plus1 model is actually more like a 100% model for most the rule is that clubs can issue 49% equity if they wish to raise capital most have not and remain 100% fanowned

You are correct (sort of) about the loans bit being a concern. Why I would be less worried about this is because it is only 51% that is for sale. This means that there are significant legal issues an owner would face with what is called "the rights of the minority" which basically means that if the 51% owner acts in a way that alienates the 49% they could have trouble. An example of this would be using the companies own resourses as security to purchase said company

If any owner of any club describes their ownership in terms of "investment" then IMHO it means they are looking for a return on that "investment" if a return is made to the owner then that has to come from money generated by the Club which is their investment and which under different ownership model could have instead stayed in the club and benefited the budgets avaliable for the 1st team or youth development.

Good analysis, IMHO game will be won or lost (on the pitch) in the wide areas. The question will be asked between Saints wide men up front and Thistles pacey full backs. It will also be won or lost in the Stands, support the vocally from the off, (including those in the dugout) and the 3 points are there for us, Barak and Boo from the off......could be a very different story. A full away stand with a vocal support need to be quietened by 3 full stands shouting and singing back! Give the away support an inch and their 12th man may take the 3 point home. The 12th man of each team may settle this tie.

To be honest as a keeper i would propose you get bumped up on the rotation, games so much better with two full time (ish) keepers

Teams avaliable yet?

I have made contact with KaisAyr regarding a friendly to see if it is worth pursuing. They will come back with some dates and we can stick it on Teamer to see if we can get a squad. All sounds quite relaxed and in the same spirit as our Wednesday games....in fact Spirits seem to play quite a large part of the organisation!
